Our AC was not getting cold. Saw reviews on our neighborhood Facebook page and called. Blake responded immediately and sent Joe out in a couple of hours. Joe was quick to diagnose situation. Frozen Coil. Came back first thing next morning and said we needed refrigerant. Was very honest and had Blake call us with information for the future.

Best AC service around. Blake truly cares about his customers and their experience. He replaced my broken AC last year and did a great job. My ac worked amazing through the summer and continues to work perfectly. He honest and trustworthy. I has recieved a quote for the exact same thing from a “family friend” who was going to charge me triple the amount because they knew I was working with insurance. Blake is the most responsive and professional AC company I’ve dealt with ever.

We have been struggling with our AC for a few days when I finally decided to call Cool Down Air thanks to a friend’s recommendation. Blake was beyond helpful, he really tried his best to explain all the possible issues I could be having. The time and attention he provided went above and beyond the typical service. I cannot recommend this company enough, I would definitely recommend this to a family member/friends.
