10pm and this company has their generators running cleaning a carpet!!! Carpets!! Not an emergency, just cleaning carpets. Crazy. Have some shame.

Not sure why a professional carpet steam cleaner can’t remove high traffic stains the first time. I had to go rent a rug doctor from Publix to re-clean 2 areas myself on my carpet. Complete waste of 75$ for a steam cleaner service + 50$ in Rug Doctor rental. Just do it yourself right the first time. Don’t waste your money.

They came out yesterday and clean my sofa and my chair and did a excellent job very very reasonable price. They will be cleaning my mother's carpet next weekend and my tile floors as well cuz I really really like what they do.

We just bought a home in Apollo Beach and SS Carpet exceeded all our expectations. Howard is a professional who cares about his customers. The timeliness, attention to detail on job, and manners/professionalism of the technicians was second to none! We were very happy with the end result and SS will be our go to company for all our carpet and tile needs.

Jose did my carpet cleaning: 3 rooms 1 hallway and stairs, for a very reasonable price! Great service, quality and responsible. Arrive on time! Definitely calling him back I highly recommended . Good prices for a very good service!

Todd and Bruce did an awesome job with my carpet and linoleum floors. They were very friendly, informative and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future. The plus side, they return your phone call in a timely manner and actually talk to a friendly person. Highly recommend🙂

Folks, hands down the BEST carpet cleaner servicer in the Tampa area. I've used others, and there was always an issue. Not this time. Every spot, stain, and discoloration was removed. Looks BRAND NEW. I've already scheduled my next cleaning in 6 months. Get yours scheduled while you can. Once word is out about South Shore Carpet Cleaning, you may have to wait a while. Highly recommend!!!!

I had an emergency overnight and contacted South Shore cleaning and they quickly advised me on what to do and scheduled me same day. Quick and effective service. Would definitely contact them again.

My appointment was cancelled an hour before my appointment due to cleaning machine malfunctioning. I was ok to reschedule and patiently waited for services for when the next appointment was available. When Jose came to my house and took a look at my couch, he said he is unable to clean it because “my floor is not waterproof” which I found very strange and just seemed like an odd excuse to just not do the job.
I had previously sent photos & video to get a quote, so why wasn’t the flooring an issue during our first conversation? I’ve never heard of floors having to be waterproof and a cleaning company not being prepared to do a simple couch cleaning. I’m very disappointed at the unprofessional approach and lack of consideration for my time.

I had 3 dark black spots on an off white area rug. I would have made a mess had I attempted to clean these spots likely resulting in large black smear. Hose did an amazing just and the spots are gone.

I recently had Jose come out to my property to shampoo my sofa and loveseat sectional that I have did a tremendous job. Everything looks clean smells clean and does a great job of cleaning. No Streaking is an excellent company; I have used them since they first began business. They continually provide excellent service. They used to do single family homes for me and now I have them doing large 3 story townhouses. The workers are well-trained, work safely and pay attention to details. I have no hesitation with giving them a 5 Star Rating.

I get the outside of my windows and sliders done twice a year. It is sooo worth it! Sadly the window cleaners at properties I have in other areas of the state are not nearly as good so I really appreciate the job they do here. Very professional and thorough. I highly recommend!

We decided to get our windows washed because we noticed some green stuff accumulating. We opted to go for inside and outside cleaning. I had no idea what to expect, just that maybe the windows would be clean. But omg it’s gorgeous. Everything looked so bright and beautiful. Im embarrassed that it even made that drastic of a difference. The guys were professionals. They moved furniture and put it all back when finished. They also relocked all the windows. We were extremely happy!!!
