They were on time, professional, smart, organized and friendly. I actually made had called another service earlier in the day and I still haven't heard back from that company. Would highly recommend them.

Had a time sensitive job that they assured me that they could do. The tech they assigned to me decided he couldn't do it at the last minute and they cancelled the job. Now I'm scrambling to find someone else to do it before my visitors arrive.

The service was good, but Conway seems to just be a broker and subs out the work. The price was very high. About $500 for one hour and no parts were needed.

We were very impressed with all aspects of the installation of our new heat pump and can recommend Conway Pumps without reservation. The attention to detail was superb with all the old materials removed from the site and the work area thoroughly vacuumed and left immaculate. We will most certainly deal with them next time we install a heat pump.
