Wally and his team not only had the best price I was able to find, but did an absolutely awesome job on the trees above our roof. Clean up was great too! Definitely recommend these guys!

Rays Tree Service removed multiple VERY large trees from my property and did some stump grinding! The whole job was completed in just a few days & you couldn’t beat the price. Highly recommend for all of your tree service needs!

I was really impressed with how quickly Ray's tree service came out and took care of my needs at the last minute, cutting back five palm trees. His staff is professional knowledgeable and hardworking. He also has state-of-the-art equipment to get the job done in an efficient amount of time. I’ve used Ray’s Tree Service twice now, and have been totally impressed both times. Great crew, excellent communication, and an expert level of care. Super fair pricing and a great group of folks.

They remove two stumps at my property. However, I had to chase them to get the job done, even though they still have left many roots in my yard. And on top of it I never received my invoice and left three voice mails and sent several messages., and still don't have it. Having a good communication is extremely difficult with this company, and the job was not the best.

They took advantage of me asking for firewood... I asked them to leave some of the 3 trees I had removed... they forgot, so a week or so later, they sent a picture to my mother and asked if they could leave this new pile of wood at my house... it was a cell phone picture which you could not deceiver the size of the pieces... my mother said yes... now I am stuck with a huge amount of wood (an entire tree worth of wood) that can't be cut with a chain saw... you would need heavy duty machinery (that i don't own) to cut this wood. I have asked everyone I know to come take wood, they did. I am still stuck with HUGE, UNMANAGEABLE pieces of wood. I have asked numerous times for them to come pick it up & offered to PAY!!! It's been months now, they have not picked up the wood, they quit answering my phone calls & they took advantage of a traveling Healthcare worker by using my house as a free DUMP!!!

Working at 7am on a hotel property cutting trees outside a balcony with no regards of family vacating just shows how much this company literally doesnt care. The trimmer was disrespectful on top of that. Didn't care they woke my toddler kid up. As long as they take care of their personalt needs, everybody else is obsolete.

I hired Ray’s Tree Service to trim my palm tree on 2/14. They assured me that someone would come out within the next couple of days. Days later, they requested payment, which I sent, trusting that the job had been completed. I had previously explained that the property was up for sale and emphasized the urgency of getting the work done as soon as possible.

Weeks passed, and when I finally visited the property, I realized they had never done the job despite charging me. This was outright theft, as they took my money while falsely leading me to believe the work had been completed. When I called to inquire about the situation, they apologized and claimed they would send someone out, but that was another lie.

After that, I made multiple attempts to contact them, but they ignored my calls and never refunded my money. I would not recommend their service to anyone! The only reason they received one star is because I couldn't give them zero.
