We recently purchased a home on Sanibel. It required attention for dry rot and a related structural problem that had developed as a result of a water leak. I have worked with many contractors in the past. Mike McGinn was great. He knows what is required for this environment and clearly detailed what it would take to fix the problem. He and his team were on time, very personable and would explain the repair as it progressed. They kept the job site clean and I am very satisfied with the repair. McGinn and Lazar construction company is the best construction company that we have worked with here on Sanibel. Dependable, punctual, professional, and on budget, they are everything that we need our Contractor to be. They oversaw a complete remodel of our master bathroom with walk-in closet as well as pantry and upstairs bathroom. The results are exquisite. The workmanship is exceptional. Great attention to detail. They spent all the time necessary to take care of the final touches. We are thrilled with the finished product.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had Alex paint a house for me. Perfect lines and he even covers neighbors cars to prevent overspray when spraying soffits. Several neighbors have commented how good the paint job is on my 4200 sq ft house. He’s American and extremely reliable with reasonable pricing. He only uses quality paint.

We just returned home after Sanibel Painters painted the interior of our house post-Ian, and WOW, what a fantastic job they did. Everything looks great. Very meticulous with the paint, evenly applied, no drips, furniture moved back into place. This is what professional painting should look like! Highly recommended.

Alex painted our entire house in a few days and it was absolutely perfect. He went above and beyond to make the detailing really stand out, without a single tiny mistake anywhere at all. He was on time, and he even had our house power-washed twice because he wasn’t completely satisfied with the contractor who helped him the first time, so, he re-did it himself. Even though that set him back, he finished when he originally said he would. He updated us constantly and made sure we were happy. Alex is professional, friendly, and kind. You can tell by the results of all his projects that he takes immense pride in his work. It is hard to put into words how seeing my house the way it looks now makes us feel and constantly getting compliments from the neighbors is wonderful. It truly looks like a brand new house. We plan to use him to paint the inside of our home. We have and will continue to recommend him to anyone without hesitation!
