Richard and his crew were friendly, responsive and very helpful. They trimmed the trees as discussed and cleaned the yard of all debris afterward. The price was reasonable. We are happy w/ their services and will use them again in the future.

Notting that this feedback is for service right after hurricane Ian. The estimator came out relatively quickly compared to other contractors. Estimate was immediately delivered. The crew showed up on the day and time promised. The crew was very courteous and responsive.

We hired Olive Branch Tree Care for long, long over due de-mossing and trimming of all the oaks on our property. They were here for 2 days, worked hard the entire time only breaking for lunch. They did a great job.

This group of men did a totally awesome job removing, trimming, grinding and pruning trees on my property. They were on time, they worked hard, fast and even suggested a product to use to curb the growth of new carrotwood tress from coming back. They cleaned up after themselves and my yard (front and back) looked gorgeous by the time they left. If I would have had more than 20% tip to give these gentlemen when they finished their excellent work I'd given them 50%. They're worth every penny of it. From the minute I asked for a quote until the time the job was finished I could not have been happier with the results. Jared, Justin, Nick and all of the men were very polite, professional and respectful. I wish them the VERY BEST IN THE FUTURE and I will be calling them again when I need work done in the future. Olive Branch did a hurricane cut (lift and thin) on all our community's hardwoods. They did such a fantastic job.....our community looks beautiful. They went above and beyond......so helpful, friendly, and professional. We're so happy they take such good care of us.

From the bid process to completed work an overall 10. The person who came to my house to bid the job was on time, polite, professional and listened to me. He offered a very competitive bid on the spot and was willing to work with me.

J, Nick, Steve and a 4th crew member (I didn't get his name) where just the best. Very experienced crew that worked very well together, highly professional and extremely polite. The job they completed was first rate! As a person who did tree work in my 20's these men were a treat to watch. Attention to detail, knowledge of there profession in order to tackle the task at hand, courtesy to neighbors and respect for property was as good as it gets. About 10 years ago I interviewed several tree companies and hired Olive Branch to remove and grind the stump of a large strangler fig (and strangled palm tree) so we could create a sunny garden - they did an excellent job.

Just now we needed to remove a orchid tree which was succumbing to old age and pests, so I called them again (and noted their 4.9 Star rating). It was a difficult and dangerous job due to the tree's size, height, tangle with adjacent trees, its poor condition, and having only a 10-foot wide area between a screened pool cage / pool equipment and a PVC fence. Jared Allman, Operations Manager, and his very knowledgeable and hard-working crew did a masterful job of sectioning the tree and dropping it in that narrow gap without damage to the house or equipment. Also a bunch of nice guys who did a nice clean-up. Highly recommended!

Jared and crew were timely, courtesy, and very helpful. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. It was a pleasure to have them working at my home as they took care of some needed tree trimming etc.

Olive Branch just finished trimming ALL of my trees, including the giant oak in front. They are the only people I would trust to take care of my trees. Jared is easy to work with. His crews are efficient and polite and they clean up as they go. Their prices are reasonable. I am always happy with the job they do.

We have used Olive Branch Tree Service before. Went with them again because of a good past experience. They arrive on time with a highly trained and very efficient crew. Safety for your property is a major concern of theirs and it is evident by the quality of workmanship. Price is very reasonable but more importantly to us is they showed up, got to work and when the job was complete to our satisfaction, they then took their break. I was very impressed with Olive Branch Tree Care. They did a great job cutting down my 40+ year old oak tree that had become infested with carpenter ants. They were on time, professional, cognizant of my surrounding plants, and even cleaned everything up for me after the stump grinding. The Olive Branch Tree Care company is expedient, thorough and efficient. Their nice, polite and hard working crew trimmed 4 big palms in short order. The best part of the job was how quickly Jared was able to get his crew out to my house (in less than 24 hours) to address a critical situation with one of the palms.

Earlier this summer I had a large sycamore tree between my house and my neighbors. The was they disassembled the tree was so careful and thoughtful. Then when they grinded my tree stump, they were so careful around my cement slab, it was incredible. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing assistance in tree removal.
