This service came up big for us! We bought a home and wanted to have it cleaned prior to us moving in. We called MaidPro and they made it happen! The very next day we had house cleaned and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The ladies did a fantastic job on our home.

Yesterday was the first of monthly cleanings with MaidPro. Scheduling and set up were easy. I was especially happy with the great job Heather and Concepcion did in the bathrooms and kitchen. Looking forward to their return next month!

I have been using this service bi-monthly for almost a year now and I am a 100% satisfied customer. My cleaning schedule was arranged to my specific needs and I just love my maid Zaideth. She is polite, efficient and very thorough and always cheerfully cleans my home. She even leaves a little note to me on my cleaning checklist. MaidPro communicates well with me if a change in my maid or to the schedule is needed and even contacts me via recorded phone message to remind me that my next cleaning is on the schedule. I wasn’t available for my scheduled cleaning once due to a reaction I had to a new medication I started and Customer Service cheerfully rescheduled my clean and even asked me if I was ok and needed anything. Try this service, you won’t be disappointed.

We couldn’t be more impressed with the service we’ve received from MaidPro! We had a detailed, advance consultation to make sure everything would be sparkling clean in time for our AirBnB guests. A checklist was completed and photos were provided for us to check the work remotely. Sara and Libet cleaned our home this week, and they did a fabulous job! I had a house guest coming into town, and decided it was time to get some help. I called MaidPro of Sarasota, and am VERY glad that I did. Candace was extremely professional on the phone, and patiently helped me to define the scope of work that I wanted to accomplish. She quickly emailed me an estimate to have two maids do an initial full house cleaning for me. She was able to squeeze me in on short notice, and I accepted the terms. The morning my cleaning was scheduled, a representative called me (forgot her name) to let me know that several of their staff had called in sick that day, and asked whether it would be possible to reschedule. Because of the timeline of my house guest visit I couldn’t, so they said they would see what they could do and call me back. 15 minutes later, they had lined up Sara to come and work for me for 5 hours! She arrived at the initial start time that we had arranged, and got to work. Sara was a pleasure to work with, and boldly tackled a gnarly buildup of dust on knick-knacks high on shelves that never gets cleaned. After that she went on to methodically go through the house step by step, never taking a break, and single-handedly accomplished the entire job that was scheduled for two maids. My house has never looked better, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Sara, you are my HERO! I felt the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and professionalism of service that I received. I will definitely use MaidPro of Sarasota again in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of top notch home or office cleaning services.

I was delighted with the feel of my clean house thanks to Maidpro and more importantly Nayely!! She was professional, timely, and worked very hard in my mess! I prepared them in advance they've may need more time- they still reached out to verify/approve. They care about the quality: the supervisor walked the site prior to finishing, and then 2 follow ups to see if I was satisfied (sorry I could answer). Can't wait until next cleaning!

We chose MaidPro because we grew weary of no shows and excuses from individuals who cleaned homes. Also, individuals varied greatly in quality. MaidPro has been outstanding. You pay a little more, but the increase in service is over the top. We've had 4 different cleaning persons, because maidpro makes sure we get taken care of, even when staff is off sick. It's amazing. Our first cleaner, Sabrina, was the best cleaner we'd ever had since moving here 3 yrs ago. Our second cleaner, Alejandra, was even Better than Sabrina! Our third and fourth cleaners , Yesenia and Barbra, were the best yet!! How do they do it?!? We had a chance to go back to individual recently for much less money, but no way...because we are STICKING with maidpro!

Great cleaning service. Monica arrived on time and with a smile. The 49 point check list is a great tool for both the cleaning staff and the homeowner. Monica cleaned my home beautifully and there was no smelly chemicals to content with. I am very pleased with the service, from booking to arrival to follow-up. Highly recommend.

My first experience with MaidPro did not go well. The cleaning was far below my expectations however they went above and beyond to correct the issues and worked hard to earn my business. I'm so glad I gave them another chance. Their communication and employees at their call center are top notch. Extremely prompt and professional.

Yesenia M. has been great. She always does a great job of cleaning my condo. I don't have a single complaint about Yesenia, or maid pro in general. This is easily the best value cleaning service out there!
