I have had several different cleaning services clean for me over the years and Maidpro has surpassed all of them. They are timely, efficient, courteous and pay extra attention to detail. Leticia, came to clean my house for the first time and she was so impressive, she missed NOTHING!

Very pleased with my cleanings by Alejandra at MaidPro!! She was on time, friendly and professional when she cleaned on Wed, Jan 18. Everything is sparkling now and smells clean and fresh. MaidPro is an amazing service and I plan to use them long-term.

I have been using MaidPro to clean our house weekly for the past year. I have only had a couple of instances where I was not satisfied, but they were very willing to correct the problem. Alejandra is who usually cleans our house and she always does a great job and very efficiently. Everyone I’ve meet has been very nice and professional.

We have had the pleasure of having Carol several times now. She comes once a month and is very reliable and responsive. She is efficient, pleasant, and does a thorough job. We really like her and would highly recommend her!!

So far, MaidPro has been very organized, responsive, and professional. I have been happy with the service professional and have asked to have her back as regularly as possible. I would be really happy if they could do a once-every-3-weeks schedule for me instead of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Since I am paying a bit more than I originally had planned, I am happy to do so, in part because of the customer service. After a mediocre cleaning once (from a pro who had not come to my home before), they sent out a pro for a complimentary re-clean of the areas that were not up to par. Still hoping to be able to stay with them, since it is a little bit above our comfortable budget. But happy with things so far..... after 4 cleanings.

Used a couple other cleaning services, but we hit the jackpot with our current madepro associate. I’m not gonna say thier name, because I’ve got dibs. She’s that good!

MaidPro did a deep clean including oven and refrigerator at my condo on Monday April 8. The 2 pros were Claudia and Mario. My condo had not been professionally cleaned in over 14 months and they did an excellent job! Mario asked questions and noticed problems, like how wobbly my 64” tv was in its stand so they didn’t touch it. Good call, Mario! Claudia was very good about going back over my tile floor and removing scuff marks using the special pad I gave her, without any complaints. My dog and I stayed out on the patio and they were very respectful of my privacy (always knocked on the slider before coming out on the patio) and were willing to share the kitchen space with me at lunch while they were still working in there. I would have them back anytime to clean.

We have been using MaidPro at my place of business for the last 4 years or so on a weekly basis.
Most of the time they do a good job. Once in a while we might get someone that is not as good, and we understand this happens. No problem, we just call the office and let them know the situation and they fix it immediately. For a weekly office cleaning they do a great job and I would highly recommend them. Most all the ladies that have come to the office have been polite and hardworking. Right now Lizbeth has been doing the weekly cleaning and she is the best. Humble, quiet, hardworking with a smile on her face. I hope she keeps coming to our location. Great company, with the end result, satisfaction. I would recommend them for the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

Everything from inquiring about a price estimate, to booking our appointment and to the cleaning step is handled so professionally and they are all so friendly and make sure you're taken care of! We have been asking MaidPro to clean our office spaces since January 25, 2022 and are always amazed at how restored everything looks as if we are just moving in. The quality of the cleaning is A+++!

Guisella Briggs was here on Tuesday, 9/16 for about 4 hours and did a very good job.

Olga did a beautiful job cleaning my home. Everything looked and smelled clean and fresh. All surfaces were spotless. This was a highly professional cleaning job, possibly the best ever. Lots of artistic touches also were added. Very pleased.

We are very pleased with the work of Guisella Briggs, who was assigned to clean our home and hope we will have her return regularly. She was thorough and efficient and our place shined.

Not only was my home NOT cleaned even HALF way. All my personal cleaning supplies was used and gone. Including my sponges. My home was left more dirty than when the cleaning person showed up. I have not received any refund at all. Along with their cleaning person showing up to my home unannounced 3 days after she was suppose to clean my house. Very unprofessional in every way and don’t do anything to correct their wrongs. Just take your money. On top of all that where was a white clay material left all over my
House. Drapes and steps.
