I've used CloudNine Cleaning for two years, and I love them. Their cleaners are always prompt, and they are courteous and respectful of my home. My regular maids are Brenda & Kathia, who are both simply excellent at work. Anything within the contract is cleaned, and they miss nothing.

After having had surgery, I received a very much appreciated gift certificate from our adult kids for a Cleaning Service from CloudNine HouseCleaning.
I scheduled online for a ‘Deep Clean’ service and Kimberly & Natalia arrived and did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our home from top to bottom - bathrooms, toilets, mirrors, bedrooms, blinds, kitchen & LR, all the flooring, our patio doors inside & out, lanai wiped down - all sparking & spotless & done efficiently and with such great attention to detail!
Very grateful for them and one month later Yusi & Lina came to do a general cleaning for us and again, we were very impressed and pleased with their hard work & excellent service. Overall a great experience with CloudNine! Thank you!

I would like to compliment the lady, Brenda, who does an excellent job cleaning our house. We asked her to do a particular job of cleaning under our bed because we are replacing it and needed it to be extra clean for the delivery of the new bed. Besides, she does an excellent job all over the house.

We were nervous at first to let someone into our home having never used a cleaning service before. But from the start with Cloud Nine, they were very responsive and professional. They gave us upfront pricing and were flexible with our needs. Their first visit was right on time and they were well dressed, polite, curious and immediately put us at ease. They did a wonderful job and we certainly will be using them moving forward.

So I could not reply to the reaponse to your review. But I did aske many tomes about cleaning the dust and was told they had a pole. Today after I got mad was the 1st time I saw the pole duster. Here is the photos of the before and after of the one little swipe she took. And then put the pole away. I have another company coming today that said it not an issue and they have the pole with the extended duster and was recommended by another with the same model of home in our neighborhood. The 1st two pics are the before and the last 3 are the after where you can see the little line were she swiped it once. The other reviews posted here and the photos they put up with the dirty crumbs and missed floor spots was. Regular thing here as well. But since I could not respond to add the photos I posted here to show its not a ladder that is needed just an extension pole with a flat duster

You will need to know good Spanish because the cleaners do not speak any English. I told them we had a priority list to clean and they did not follow. On top of that they were extremely slow. 2 cleaners completed less than 25% of our priority list during the 2 hours they were here.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with CloudNine House Cleaning. I moved to Florida from Massachusetts 2 years ago and have used their services from day one. They always do a fantastic job, but more important than that is their administrative professional approach to running their business. I can always reach a live person during business hours and the response time to any questions is always immediate. I am notified by email 2 days prior to cleaning and the one or two times they have been delayed I am notified immediately.

I highly recommend them.

Dolymar of Cloudnine House Cleaning is fantastic! Today she came solo and did a fabulous job! Every time she comes and cleans the house, she gives it her all. She’s thorough, hard working and very nice!

We used Cloud Nine for the first time this week. Maria and Gladys made our home sparkle ... no detail was left undone. I was disappointed the steam mop (no extra charge on initial cleaning) was damaged and could not be used, but Maria/Gladys worked very hard to make sure the floors looked great! We've decided to use Cloud Nine on a monthly rotation with the same excellent team requested.

I never post these things, but would be remiss if i did not comment on CouldNine cleaning. We have been using CloudNine in our new home every two weeks for almost a year now, and are thrilled with their cleaning service! The ladies are very thorough, punctual, and do an amazing job, always with a smile! They are very trustworthy, which is hard to find. I LOVE coming home after they are here - smells amazing, and so clean and shiny! The office also communicates really well, which I appreciate. If you’re considering using CloudNine - I would HIGHLY recommend them!

When I moved into my new home in Lakewood Ranch I noticed CloudNine cars parked around and after a couple of weeks continuing to see them, I called there and set up an appointment. That was a year ago and I'm still happy with them. They are thorough, fast, and pleasant. My house sparkles when they are through and if I need to change day or time, the office is always easy to work with. I'm glad I made that first call!

Kathia and Brenda did a deep clean on our house while we were away for the day and we couldn't be happier with their work. The house looked absolutely perfect. I signed up for a regular service with them because of it! Highly recommend.

I have had this service for 5 months now and I didn't know how much of a positive impact it would make on my condo! It's such a relief to walk in the room after they've been to clean. They do an amazing job! I'm not sure who has cleaned it specifically, but every time it has been extremely nice. I recommend this company to anyone, especially for someone with a busy schedule who struggles keeping things tidy!

It's a tremendous relief to find CloudNine House Cleaning. Very professional and friendly. Both Dolymar and Sheila did a fantastic job. The owner, Danny, is very professional and obviously cares about both his employees and his customers. I'm signed up for biweekly house cleaning and recommend this company very highly.

I’m Very surprised on the reviews when we had 3 terrible cleanings/ experiences with them, the last one was their last for us.. they didn’t vacuum or clean (mop) the floors, leaving crumbs and debris visible, never wiped down all the fixtures from water spots. They stepped on bar soap that was imbedded in our throw rug in the master bathroom. They never cleaned the range hood or stove good. The owner admitted they normally do these tasks as they should. (we weren’t asking for anything out of the ordinary), however he was quick to decline further service or to reasonably correct anything. Not cleaning the floors or wiping water spots off faucets is irresponsible. He was not very helpful with his response or corrective action, he was only focused on how much he could collect without resolving our many relevant issues that I sent him photos of.. also I caught them charging me at the initial high rate for taking a lunch break on the first time we used them, they sat in their car on my dime and charged me for it, (I wasn’t mad they took a break just that they charged me for it). I sent our security camera footage to Danny the owner as he was hesitant to believe what I was telling him was true. he then had no choice but to refund me for that time but was reluctant to make it right… the next visit was not satisfactory but we bit our tongue on that one and hoped they do better on the following, we were leery to use them after that, then the next visit he demanded I pay more money for my next cleaning after they called me to cancel due to their staff being covid positive (out of our control) the owner is more focused on taking your money than quality of work or making things right.. I’ll just post pics from right after their cleaning that I sent him, you be the judge. A picture saves me more explanation it’s pitiful! They don’t even take accountability! How can this be a 5 star service provider!?

Cloud Nine Cleaning Service is top notch! The crew cleans my house spotlessly every time, are friendly, arrive timely, AND are 100% honest and trustworthy. They found my necklace that I assumed was forever lost, and immediately returned it. The owner, Danny is also a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

The cleaners were extremely pleasant and kind! I appreciate that they took the time to come to our house and help out. However, definitely not as clean as I would have hoped. I am having to clean up the bathroom counters and faucets and the tub, and under the kitchen cabinets, small details that I thought should be done. They did get the front of the dishwasher and fridge sparkling, so it wasn’t all bad.

I’m definitely blaming myself for this, but I was expecting a deep deep clean (walls, baseboards etc.) but after looking at the email they sent me, they don’t clean walls. I definitely should have checked that and should have booked a different company to help me with this move out clean. They were very kind though. I just think I paid a lot to have to go back and clean parts of my house that they just cleaned.

Smart Clean is professional and friendly! They are on time and they do an amazing job!! I definitely would recommend!
