I had a problem with the Landscape Committee of my Homeowners Association and needed a certified arborist to offer an opposing opinion. Not only did John Butts timely return my call, but he refused compensation and was professional in the content and fairness of his reply. I will certainly look to John and his company when a need arises in the future for the services they offer.
