Air Docs exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I called, their team was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. They showed up on time, diagnosed my air conditioning issue right away, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done.

The technician, Jim, was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful of my home, making sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. Not only did they get my AC running perfectly, but they also took the time to check for any potential future issues, which gives me so much peace of mind.

It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers both exceptional service and genuine care for their customers, but Air Docs does exactly that. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing AC service.

Had a new AC install today and I see why Air Docs has a high rating. I originally spoke to service technician Brad about my old unit. He inspected it and came to the same conclusion I had. My system was old and also mismatched. Brad walked me through all aspects of the unit. He was great. He called the estimator and was able to get him out within 30 minutes. Wes did the estimate. He too walked me through the whole process of what will be done during the installation. Wes and Brad were both professional and friendly. They both advised me what great care and pride the company takes in their services and installs 2 days later Installer Joey and his assistant came out and did a perfect install. They installed my unit and made adjustments to anything that touched the unit. For example they took out the roting dry wall base from the inside unit and replaced it with a wood base with support. They also put up molding around the base. They took care of my home as if it was theirs. Thank you!

Was made aware an earlier appointment was available which was nice. Very nice staff. Had the coupon for a great cleaning of my AC. Tristan was very friendly and professional. A part was replaced that I was told if it goes, I'll have no AC or heat so I paid to replace the part. I'd recommend Air Docs for anyone's air conditioning needs

My hvac unit freezing up and Josh was highly recommended by coworkers of my son. Josh came to look at our unit and was extremely thorough and took the time to completely show me and explain all the details including cost and options to fix. After going over everything. We agreed that the best way to fix it would be to replace the whole system. So we decided to replace the entire system and what a great decision that was. Josh got everything set up and WOW the very next morning team2 Joey and Jon got here around 9 9:30 am. Man it was really an absolute pleasure I couldn’t be more satisfied. As they were removing the old system they were extremely professional explaining things as they went along. Taking the time to answer All the questions. Showed a lot of concerns and patience and made sure every little detail was correct. What a great representation of quality work. When the work was finished. Everything was done. Everything was cleaned up. Very courteous and polite. I could say a lot more. If you need your HVAC repaired or replaced Air Doc’s is definitely who you need to call.😃👍😃

Today I had my AC serviced by Air Docs, Machi Ward was my technician. It was a great experience. Machi explained everything in layman's terms. No high pressure. I will continue to recommend Air Docs to my friends and neighbors.

Real great experience from initial visit with George right thru comparing others quotes to the install. Guys showed up on time and got right to work, made sure everything was working as intended and explained any questions we had. Definitely would recommend them!

We have purchased 8 air conditioners over the years we have been in Florida and were happy if the experience was 85% or better. This was the first time we had a 100% experience. I was in the service business before I retired, so I inspected the trucks, I inspected the cable runs, the quality of the parts used for connections, even the uniforms they wore. And Joey, Jon, and Rob's attitudes were impressive.

Air Docs. Most reliable & best at explaining what is happening & what, if anything, is needed. Started with vent cleaning this 40 yr old home. Forgot the names involved but they are mentioned in an earlier review. Great job. Your first contact is by phone & they couldn’t be nicer.
Afterwards we had HVAC regular maintenance twice, both times by Joe. He is the best at explaining everything in terms a lay person can understand, does great work &, on top of everything else, is a heckuva nice guy

Booked them for a AC tuneup because the price was great. Scott arrived early and was very informative and knowledgeable. Serviced my unit and I feel comfortable.

I was happy to meet Matt Nocito and found him to be very professional. I really appreciated his ability to include me in his assessment of my AC unit, both inside and outside, as well as the vents and air ducts. Matt was very thorough with first showing me, then explaining improvements in detail that I should consider.

Great service and Tim and his colleague explained what the job consisted of. Very professional, courteous and just overall nice guys. Was looking to maintain my system upto date...their service can highly recommended. I would do it again in a heartbeat if it will save me money in the long run. I use Air Docs consistently, year after year. The technicians they send are knowledgeable and quickly do the maintenance on my dual ac home. They contact me to let me know it is time for my spring or fall maintenance. I do use their specials/coupons. I left a review for the ac they did replace and I recommend now for both installation and service.

I was introduced to Air Docs in 2022 when the home I was renting in Jensen Beach needed AC attention. I was extremely impressed with the technician, Brad Peterson. I have been managing, maintaining and or replacing AC units in our S. Florida homes since 2000. So, its fair to say I've seen more than my fair share of AC technicians over the years. Brad was very thorough, answered any questions patiently and double checked that the unit was in good working order before closing out the service call. In 2023 I purchased two homes in the area. I signed maintenance agreements for both with Air Docs. They have always been responsive to service calls and recognize my loyalty with my request to have Brad service my units. Above and beyond his responsibility, when I have had general AC questions about a home outside of Air Docs servicing area, Brad has never hesitated to return my call. I have recommended Air Docs to friends who are also very pleased with the service they receive. Looking for a reliable AC company in a time of inferior customer service and attention?
