We recently purchased and had a $10,000 A/C unit installed by this company. The sales process and installation were smooth and professional — the technicians were knowledgeable, punctual, and did a great job setting everything up. The unit itself seems to be high quality and has been performing well so far.

However, just 30 days into our warranty period post-installation, we were disappointed to find out there is no 24/7 emergency service included. After hours, we called and were met with a rude representative. When we asked for a manager, we were told it could take up to 48 hours for a response. In reality, we never heard back from management. Our system was finally fixed the next business day, but not before we spent 24 hours in the heat without air conditioning.

Overall, the initial purchase and installation experience was excellent, but the lack of prompt emergency support during the warranty period is a major drawback and something potential customers should be aware of.

We met Air Docs last year at a home show. We have been extremely happy with them. They are great communicators and always on time. Brad, our tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

My technician Gage was absolutely wonderful explained everything very polite very respectful I'll definitely have ask for Gage when service is needed

I recently had a I recently had an issue with AC unit leaking water into my garage. Joe came to assess the problem and fixed it within a couple hours, pointing out some obvious issues with the original installation of the unit before purchasing my house.
A drain leak had caused water to leak into the unit for probably over a year, Causing mold damage to the attached vents and box. I scheduled a I scheduled an appointment to have everything replaced.

Installers Rob and Duane were extremely professional and attentive to detail. The two of them gutted my entire air handler set up and rebuilt it to a high standard. they even went out of their way to reroute the drain and relocate the electrical to improve overall serviceability and efficiency. I’m very happy with the final product and glad to know I have peace of mind when it comes to the air in my home.

Tristen Catalano came to my home to install the IFLO system on our A/C Unit. He did the installation and was very professional and courteous. He arrived in the time frame I was given. After he finished, he helped me install the APP on my phone and set it up. This my second job I have had Air Docs for and highly recommend them.

Joe is an excellent professional and diagnosed my system’s problem and repaired it on the spot and he also checked out my 2nd system carefully as well. I would not hesitate to refer him and Air Docs anyone!

Very disappointed, tech was very credible and friendly. The service is portrayed as maintenance, when in fact it is a diagnostic visit. Told there is a leak, where’s the leak and how much will it cost to fix. Have to charge a diagnostic fee to find the leak. $780 to put dye stop to find leak. Will that fix the leak? Maybe not, will have to come back to fill. How much refrigerant does it need? Can’t tell you till we put it in. What did you do today for the maintenance fee? Found out there’s a leak. How do you know there’s a leak? Diagnosed there’s a leak, but have to charge you again a diagnostic fee to tell you where the leak is. VERY confusing and sketchy.

Had a new AC install today and I see why Air Docs has a high rating. I originally spoke to service technician Brad about my old unit. He inspected it and came to the same conclusion I had. My system was old and also mismatched. Brad walked me through all aspects of the unit. He was great. He called the estimator and was able to get him out within 30 minutes. Wes did the estimate. He too walked me through the whole process of what will be done during the installation. Wes and Brad were both professional and friendly. They both advised me what great care and pride the company takes in their services and installs 2 days later Installer Joey and his assistant came out and did a perfect install. They installed my unit and made adjustments to anything that touched the unit. For example they took out the roting dry wall base from the inside unit and replaced it with a wood base with support. They also put up molding around the base. They took care of my home as if it was theirs. Thank you!

Was made aware an earlier appointment was available which was nice. Very nice staff. Had the coupon for a great cleaning of my AC. Tristan was very friendly and professional. A part was replaced that I was told if it goes, I'll have no AC or heat so I paid to replace the part. I'd recommend Air Docs for anyone's air conditioning needs

My hvac unit freezing up and Josh was highly recommended by coworkers of my son. Josh came to look at our unit and was extremely thorough and took the time to completely show me and explain all the details including cost and options to fix. After going over everything. We agreed that the best way to fix it would be to replace the whole system. So we decided to replace the entire system and what a great decision that was. Josh got everything set up and WOW the very next morning team2 Joey and Jon got here around 9 9:30 am. Man it was really an absolute pleasure I couldn’t be more satisfied. As they were removing the old system they were extremely professional explaining things as they went along. Taking the time to answer All the questions. Showed a lot of concerns and patience and made sure every little detail was correct. What a great representation of quality work. When the work was finished. Everything was done. Everything was cleaned up. Very courteous and polite. I could say a lot more. If you need your HVAC repaired or replaced Air Doc’s is definitely who you need to call.😃👍😃

Today I had my AC serviced by Air Docs, Machi Ward was my technician. It was a great experience. Machi explained everything in layman's terms. No high pressure. I will continue to recommend Air Docs to my friends and neighbors.

Real great experience from initial visit with George right thru comparing others quotes to the install. Guys showed up on time and got right to work, made sure everything was working as intended and explained any questions we had. Definitely would recommend them!
