Constraction reviews in Seffner, Florida

I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends, had my three bathrooms remodeled and all my house flooring done. The staff was very knowledgeable!!! Reasonable prices and better quality!!

I'm really happy with Andes Construction LLC. They did a great job, finished on time, and their work is excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for construction help

We had restored our bathroom, they changed all the ceramic ,they finished it in the agreed time Andes construction ,was professional and helpful. From the beginning of the project to its completion.Even when an unexpected issue occurred, they provided me with the information I needed and worked to correct the problem ,my family and I are very happy with the work ,

Andes construction did my whole kitchen! Cabinets, flooring, tile, countertops. They were super professional, always on time, meet all deadlines. They also listened to what I needed, my kitchen now looks like a million dollars ❤️ I will recommend them 100%.

I am very satisfied we with the quality of the work. They were always ready to accommodate my concerns and resolve any issues. I will have them work on my future projects.

As an investor, I am always in search for reliable contractors that are trustworthy, communicative and competent and Andes construction were just that. I have used them for full remodel projects and the team saw the full construction start to finish on time with great results. They are my go to contractor.

Andes Construction has handled a few projects at our home and have been wonderful to work with each time. Very professional and thorough throughout each step of the process, we plan to use them again for any future projects.

We used Andes construction to do a large deck extension, as well as build a roof over the deck in our backyard. Andres was incredible to work with. His workers were meticulous and highly skilled. Their work exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. I also feel the need to mention how impressed we were with the level of communication we received. I work in construction/home services field, and generally communication is where companies lack. Andres always responded within minutes, and always kept us updated throughout the project. We will absolutely be using them in the future, and have already referred them out to as many people as possible.

I always give it some time before I write my review and my star rating after living in our renovations would be about a 4.5

Pros:
They are super responsive to call and text and from any of their social media
Owner came over to walk through each area with you so you have a direct contact.
There was a contract in place and was open to adding a timeline to keep both parties aligned.
My downstairs tile flooring is absolutely beautiful!
They had a great team doing renovations, very pleasant, polite and smiling all the time.
Hard workers and were quick to get things done and the overall look of the house was a huge and beautiful upgrade.
The staircase we removed a half wall and they did a great job completing the vision we had.
They painted the kitchen cabinets and installed handles and it was beautiful. You can tell they put time into perfecting it and everything was measured perfectly!
They were open to coming back to fix a few areas after previewing it and that makes a good company great! Communicating and being able to handle it even after payment is hard to find with companies so extra points for great professionalism and care.

Cons:
The upstairs vinyl flooring was beautiful to the eye , but was creaky and making noise before we even moved in.
Vinyl had some uneven areas in it even after coming back to repair it that has it being noisy.
Last con was the house was a bit messy where the dust and all from constructions was all over the base boards and through the air vents, on to the fans so we had to bring in cleaners to do the entirety with a deep clean. They had a cleaner come in but still left some areas to be done. Unplugging and replugging in the refrigerator while working caused some water mold and when the ice melted when unplugged, it froze the freezer shut and had to do a bit of work on it but these are the smaller things to note.

Overall, I would definitely recommend using them for bathroom work, electric, stairs case and tiles as those were very beautiful and made the vision come to life! A few small issues but they were easy to communicate with and seemed to be understanding so extra stars for communication and growing a customer base.

Andes construction completed 2 built in’s for us as well as retiled our shower. They did a great job and we are now having them do our kitchen backsplash as well as retile another shower.

This company did an outstanding job on our fence and gates. It was a complicated project and they handled everything professionally and did an excellent job. Great communication from start to finish and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

OMG, when you probably don’t speak…… then they ignore you. When I called them to ask what is going on, they hang up the phone.
When a business PU the phone without saying their name……!
I was blindsided about the reviews. Your decision, I’m happy didn’t spend my money here.

I cannot praise Andes Construction enough for the outstanding work they did on my bathroom remodel. From start to finish, the team's professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. I had a specific vision in mind, wanting a bathroom that was dark and moody yet elegant and easy to maintain. It took months of searching for the perfect materials, but Andres and his team were patient and supportive throughout the process. Communication was seamless; they were always quick to respond to my inquiries and concerns. Not only did they bring my vision to life, but they also exceeded my expectations. Their punctuality, arriving early each day to begin work, was greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Andes Construction to anyone in need of quality craftsmanship and reliable service.

Love it 😅😌
