So happy i called Junk n’ Stuff. I called Thursday afternoon and they were at my townhouse the next day on time. I had a lot of bagged miscellaneous junk,desks, tables heavy couch and storage cabinets. Some upstairs but that didn’t.bother them. I showed them everything and they quoted what I felt was a very fair price and got right to work. When they were done I asked what they do with the stuff and they told me they try and donate what they can. That made my wife and me very happy. Don’t hesitate to call them if want good, quick and honest junk removal.

This company has the best , caring , guys working for them . JR and Romilio arrived on time. They were going to remove furniture, Move stuff to 2 different homes. They were careful with everything that they loaded, Covered the dresser's as not to get damaged, wrapoed mirror, and TV .. As kind and as friendly as you'd want from anybody in your home. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. They are very reasonable, They will move new stuff and they will remove stuff you need to get out of your home. Recently I called them in a panic. I needed a king size bed removed, another bed moved to a different room and set up so that a hospital bed could be delivered. This company is amazing! The guys were courteous, careful, knowledgeable and affordable. They went above and beyond the original job. One of our cats had hidden in a piece they removed and they took the time, late in the day, to look for him and even return him! We would highly recommend them!!

We called them for junk removal, but this review is about the world class customer service we experienced. As we were putting the finishing touches on what we wanted removed, we accidentally packed a blanket that we used for our daughter when she was first born. We’re a sentimental bunch, but we were rushing and trying to make space and it slipped past us.

After the team left, we realized our mistake and I called Junk N Stuff and spoke with Lainie. She immediately reacted, called the team, and explained the situation. Although they were miles from my home already, trying to get on with their busy day, they pulled over and gave me their exact location. I hopped in my car and went to meet them; and not only had they already pulled out the blanket and folded it for me, they also found a few packs of unopened stickers and gave those back to me for my kids.

This experience has guaranteed that my family and I won’t ever use another junk removal service. And I will spread the word to anyone I know- not only are they are professional and affordable company, they helped put a sentimental dad at ease and went out of their way to help my family. We needed help moving large items out of a storage bin. Some items needed to be donated/junked, but another needed to be moved from one end of our large county to the other.
