Reviews of local pros in Seffner, Florida

Booked through Thumbtack and they came right on time as scheduled. The job was a little dirtier than expected so the price was a more than first quoted but it was worth every penny! We now have a sparkly clean lanai patio! 10/10 would recommend.

Best in the business. Very hard-working and professional who has an amazing product: a clean house! Made it look like new. I have a large house.. if I rented a cherry picker for just 1 day to clean the house & roof myself I would have spent more and put myself at risk. This guy did everything in 6 hrs. Absolutely amazing! Thanks Carmello!!!

Proactive Pressure Solutions was on time, friendly and professional. They were prompt with providing a quote and scheduling a day to come out. Their attention to detail was fantastic and ensured we were satisfied with the results, even offering to come back free of charge to correct anything! Highly recommend.

Proactive pressure solution did an amazing job cleaning our 2-story stucco house. They cleaned the entire exterior, including the porch. Very professional, polite, and does a good job. I highly recommend.

Absolutely hire this company Carmelo always does a great job and is very affordable for both the house and driveway. I’ve used him three times now and will continue to do so!

I highly recommend Proactive Pressure Solutions to whoever needs to pressure wash a walkway, concrete garage parking area, or doorways where residue was left behind from wasp that make their hives from mud inside your doorway causing you to dodge them whenever walking outside your front door. The accumulated grime, and mold has been removed from the above areas. I find Mr. Carmelo to be a hardworking, polite and respectful man. It was noticeable that he took pride in his job by taking his time to ensure that a professional job was accomplished to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the work that was done. I would hire him again in the future.

Carmelo with proactive pressure solutions did a great job cleaning my screen enclosure, he removed all algae and left it bright white. Very professional and on time.

Carmelo took care of “HOA” required yearly driveway, walkway and sidewalk cleaning i usually do myself. He comes equipped to do the job with a professional trailer hookup and not a handheld 250lds pressure washer. He did a great job, that didn’t drag on for hours and price was Great!!! Carmelo came with a smile and left the same way.

To say I’m happy with the job performed would be an understatement! Carmelo was recommended by a family friend and what a great recommendation. I was only needing a soft wash on the front of my house, but after he was finished, I was so pleased with the work, I decided to let him go full on hard in the rear. Great quality and value! Carmelo can knock the dust off of any surface with care and leave you with a smile on your face as well as some extra cash in your pocket!! Well done sir.

Had my driveway and sidewalk cleaned and washed and it turned out fantastic. Carmelo did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend.

Quick turnaround. Amazing work. Brought life to my driveway and sidewalk that I didn’t think were possible. 10/10 will recommend to family and friends.

Carmelo went over and above our expectations for pressure washing our drive, sidewalk and front gutters/fascia. We highly recommend him!
