Called for a last minute lawn cut and they made it out within the hour gave us a quote and got to work!! Only took them about 45 minutes to an hour to do front and back of property! So great and professional

Had really high hopes as Brian seemed very nice when he showed up to quote the job and was cordial in emails. Never got to see how well they service the yard however as my hopes were dashed quickly since they didn't show for the first appointment as promised and didn't call to communicate. I found that they weren't coming after waiting all day and calling at 4:31 pm. I was stupid enough to let the yard go through the weekend as I was expecting them to cut it today. Now my yard is embarrassingly long and I will be looking for another company. They promised to come "first thing in the morning" and it is now raining so hard that it will be impossible to cut tomorrow. Had 3 perfect days including the scheduled day, but just couldn't get it done.
***I have edited the review to bring it to 2 stars as I have been back and forth with the company discussing the issue after leaving the review. Really doesn't seem like bad people, but reliability is the most important part of this service for me. I don't care if you are the DaVinci of lawncare and can make my yard look like Wrigley Field; if you no show, no call me on the very first appointment, I'll find someone else. Not for me, but maybe you'll have better luck?!?

Very professional, always looking to see if there are areas of the yard that need special attention like trimming shrubs or the flower beds. Does a great job leaving the property looking crisp.

I called for a quote on Tuesday they had the job finished on Thursday. Prompt service and did a great job! Brian took care of what I needed with great speed. Will defiantly recommend!

PALS did a fabulous job cleaning up our beds and the palms around our pool. Very happy with the results! Would definitely recommend them!

It can be nerve racking at times trying to find a lawn service or any contractor for that matter because when you do you realize that you have invited virtual strangers into your home. If you’re like me, I want to know the people who I allow around my family’s home have the right kind of character. After all, due to our work hours, whoever I hire will at times be there alone. For me a decision that could have such a negative impact I couldn’t take lightly. So after some long conversations with Brian, he’s patient if nothing else, I decided that I could hire them with confidence.

Brian and his crew work for me now for a couple hours a week. Been a few months now. In that time I have observed polite professionalism. Diligent in their efforts. Show up when they are supposed to and competitively priced.Would recommend to anyone. Even my mom.

What a beautiful and tranquil place to walk around and buy/enjoy plants and flowers from. I have been going there since I was a kid and now having my own kids, it is still one of my favorite places to go. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. They all gave a love and appreciation for plants and flowers or they would not be working there (especially in this heat). It is truly my happy place!

Loved this place and their different plants and information. Gorgeous place, we will be back!
