We called them for junk removal, but this review is about the world class customer service we experienced. As we were putting the finishing touches on what we wanted removed, we accidentally packed a blanket that we used for our daughter when she was first born. We’re a sentimental bunch, but we were rushing and trying to make space and it slipped past us.

After the team left, we realized our mistake and I called Junk N Stuff and spoke with Lainie. She immediately reacted, called the team, and explained the situation. Although they were miles from my home already, trying to get on with their busy day, they pulled over and gave me their exact location. I hopped in my car and went to meet them; and not only had they already pulled out the blanket and folded it for me, they also found a few packs of unopened stickers and gave those back to me for my kids.

This experience has guaranteed that my family and I won’t ever use another junk removal service. And I will spread the word to anyone I know- not only are they are professional and affordable company, they helped put a sentimental dad at ease and went out of their way to help my family. Truly a world class organization.

We needed help moving large items out of a storage bin. Some items needed to be donated/junked, but another needed to be moved from one end of our large county to the other. Junk ‘n Stuff agreed to do both services for a reasonable price. Arrangements were easily and pleasantly made. When the day of the move arrived, communication was good and the driver JB arrived on time. He was polite, helpful, and efficient in getting the job done. When he delivered the moved item, a family heirloom, he moved it with care and a very pleasant attitude. We highly recommend Junk ‘n Stuff!

Just moved here from Philly! Setting up a new place, I made a mistake with an Amazon Mattress (hard as a rock and way to thick) I needed to recycle it to buy something more comfy and that fit the profile... I searched for companies in Tampa and Found Junk n' Stuff! Service was immediate.. Super friendly... And fellow veterans.. they felt like family. Arrived early and their pricing schedule is so fair! I was super happy to find them...liked the transaction so much, passed on their contact card to our concierge!!! So nice to know there is a company with a "Can Do" attitude.. they took our "Like NEW" mattress and assured me they would donate it to someone that could really use it.. That made all the difference in the world. Thank you for offering such a wonderful service in an area that is very difficult to dispose of stuff... You made things so easy!!

This is the junk removal team to use in Brandon area. They were incredibly kind and fast. Their efficiency when loading their trailer was incredible. Also, they were sooooooo personable and great at communicating throughout the process. They took everything I needed including couches, pallets, totes, and random trash. Don't go anywhere else!
