10/29/2025 - New project, same 5 star results. The team of three were on time, courteous throughout the process, and explained the work to be conducted in detail. My request was to relocate pipes from the well to the in-law suite in preparation for in ground pool where pipes were located and upon completion the results were as requested. Kudos to the team on a job well done.

Based on numerous positive customer reviews, I called Johnny Doan Plumbing on Tuesday afternoon February 25, 2025 when I discovered my 12-year-old A. O. Smith water heater had started leaking. I spoke with Emily who was very pleasant and answered all my questions, including their price for installation of a new water heater (also A. O. Smith but a much better model) and removal of my old one. (Their price was $300 less than I was quoted by the company who had installed my old water heater, for a model I suspect was a lower grade.) Doan's experienced (and very polite) technician Jordan arrived as promised just after 9 am the next morning, and had the new water heater installed within a few hours. I was at home and he kept me informed throughout the installation process, particularly when he had to turn off the water coming into the house, and when he was ready to turn it back on. Later that day and the next morning, my hot water was very cloudy so I called Emily. She arranged for Jordan to return within the next two hours to diagnose the issue, which he quickly solved by flushing out the water heater. My overall experience with Doan Plumbing was very positive and I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Update 11/3/2025: I called at 8am this morning about the flushing mechanism in my 2-year-old Kohler toilet that had stopped working overnight and was given an appointment for between 10am and 12pm today. Technician Lance Davis arrived as promised at 10am and quickly replaced the defective flushing mechanism. Lance was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. My only criticism is about the cost of $225.00 for a 30-minute job using parts that are fairly inexpensive if I purchased them myself. Today's cost to replace the flushing components was more than I paid for the entire toilet at Home Depot, soft close seat included. Despite my unhappiness with the cost, I'm leaving my rating at 5 stars because of Doan Plumbing's professionalism and commitment to high quality customer service.

Very professional and courteous! We had original plumbing from the 1980's under concrete slab and tile floors. Had to update our plumbing after several leaks appeared under the slab. The company did the repiping for the whole house. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. They pulled appliances out to access the walls and pipes and put everything back when they finished the service. Got everything done in one day of work and were very efficient. Absolutely recommend if you need to update your plumbing.

My go-to for plumbing needs. They do Top-notch work at a fair price! In this job, Lance replaced my toilet flange mount, re-installed everything with new parts, and caulked the toilet base. Afterwards, the toilet was flushing slow and Lance refused to leave the job until everything was right. He routed out the toilet drain. This fixed the problem & saved me from having to replace the toilet. I appreciate the professionalism, expertise, and extra-effort from this company. They’ll treat you like family!

I had a full house repipe today. The team of 3 did a fantastic job and completed everything in approximately 8 hours - AMAZING! They worked well together, were very respectful and professional. I did a lot of research before deciding which repipe group to hire, and I am glad that I made the right choice! Would recommend to utilize their company for your plumbing needs!

I thought I'd use someone in my local area to fix an error code on a tankless water heater. I paid $193 cash to someone who said he hates tankless water heaters, looked at heater, we ran water test, he saw the code, yet he told me to video tape what's happening and call monday! I have never be so mad at someone, because why would I need to call monday when you are right here looking at the problem!!! I don't get these companies, if you can't do a service just say so and not waste people time and money. This was a few months ago but everytime I see people asking about a water heater, I think about this experience and get mad all over again.

Jake and the repipe team at JD Plumbing were fantastic! They were super friendly, efficient, and demonstrated a willingness to help time after time. We will absolutely keep them on our preferred vendor list for the future. We highly recommend hiring this team.

I was very impressed with Johnny Doan Plumbing. We had a hot water leak under the slab so we decided to get the house re-piped. Jimmy, with Johnny Doan came out to give us a 2nd quote and he was so nice and beat the competition by far. We scheduled it, they had it re-piped in 1 day, the next day we had the inspection and then scheduled the drywall, which was also done in 1 day. All employees were great and worked hard. Each day, they were there when they said they'd be there. I will definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs. Good job guys and thank you so much!

Lance was AMAZING. First I was running a few minutes late to my own appointment and he waited patiently. He completed the job in record time and explained in detail the issues I had and why and had the office set an appointment for my annual service. This company is beyond fair and very knowledgeable and the customer service is impeccable from making the appointment to the technician. We had our house repiped and a new hot water heater installed. The service was timely, performed in one day. The workers arrived on time and were very informative about the process taking place.

Had a leak coming from my main line into the house. Johnny Doan Plumbing and the Repipe Experts were quick to assist. From getting the estimate to having the drywall repaired they were fantastic and the communication was even better. I set up the service call for my Mom and I met the technician Skylar while he was there working. We were happy with the great customer service he provided, patience and knowledge of the issue of a main line clog. He took his time to answer all my questions and make sure to double check on the after math of the repair. He was very professional, unbothered and willing to meet the expectations within.
