They did the work the same day i contacted them. They are great to work with. Polite and efficient. They took out 2 palm trees and took away the the treess and all debris. I highly recommend them.

We had an appointment at 2 pm today, for them to come out and give an estimate for trees we are wanting cut or trimmed back. Well 2pm has come and gone, with a no show from them AND no communication from them as to if they need to reschedule for any reason, just a flat out no show for 2 hours and no communication from them! What a waste so we will not bother to use them with this horrible non communication at all after a no show!

And here we are at 7pm still never received a call from them about if they could not come for some reason, we just totally got ghosted with a no show!!

How anyone can give this company a five star review must be friends or family because if I could give no stars I would... they don't even deserve a one star at all!!

No doing business with these scammers even if they call and give an excuse... they sure don't deserve our business!!

And now of course the business responds to my review basically saying I made a mistake and don't have the correct business!! Well what a rude response blaming a customer for a possible mix up!! Now will never bother with these un honest people!! Seriously blaming a customer when I have the correct business that we DID have an appointment with!! And they want to give an excuse they were at Disney world with their family, well who cares!!! Don't give some lame excuse when no one bothered to call and reschedule or confirm an appointment!

I will definitely be telling any friends to not use this company if they need tree services!!

These guys were very professional. Very honest with their estimates. Worked extremely safe. Did an excellent job.I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future when needed.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and finish the job In a timely matter. They removed one tree in the front yard, ground that stump and trim several trees in the backyard. Very satisfied where their work and their professionalism.

I am going to preface this with the true statement that I did not write reviews - ever. That said, I highly recommend Mark and his Tip Top crew for any tree work you may need or want done. Very professional and friendly as a bonus. Price quoted was more than fair, the work put in was above and beyond our expectations. Cleaned up the sites as well, and Mark even graciously took on additional work for a neighbor when all that was asked for was a quote. If we ever need these services again we will call Mark and we will be referring any of our friends, neighbors and coworkers to Mark at Tip Top.

Professional from beginning to end! Removing trees can be an expensive project but you need a team who knows what they are doing. Mark and his team completed a second project for us at our home. His estimates are on point. Communication with Mark is one of the top strengths he has as a contractor. He says what he’s going to do and does what he says. Communicated with me the whole way - which is so appreciated. They have all the equipment needed to do a thorough job. Even the stump grinding left the area looking like the tree(s) had never been there. I’ve used Tip Top Trees twice and recommend them highly.
