Super happy with the great job and fair price. They have the equipment and skill to remove two large oaks overhanging our roof.

Tip Top did a fantastic job removing 3 trees and installing a rock retaining wall at my home. The crew was timely and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend using them for your next landscaping project!

TTTS is a 1st class operation all the way. Mark and his crew exercised top notch attention to detail as well as safety of both themselves and property using helmuts, wireless comms, and newer equipment including both a crane truck and spider lift that eased even larger limbs and trunk pieces gently down to the ground at the street. Very impressive!

The crew also communicated their arrival time and arrived on time. They did great work and ensured all debris was cleaned up after the job. The price was also very reasonable. We had two Pindo palms that needed to be removed. Tip Top Tree was doing work up the street when I went up and asked if they could do the job, Tip Top Tree came by later that day and removed them professionally with care and expertise, at a fair price. We also had a 50-foot cedar tree that lost the top 10 feet during hurricane Milton. It was a tricky removal because many of the limbs were over a neighbor’s yard and over a wooden fence. It required a small lift to do the job, which was expertly driven into our back yard. Within a couple of hours the cedar tree was cut down, the debris was cleaned up, and the stump was cut down perfectly to ground level. We would highly recommend Tip Top Tree for their high-quality service, excellent communication, courteous and respectful conversations with us, plus very fair pricing. Mark and Jeff and their great crew get a big thank you for a job well done! Do not hesitate to contact Tip Top Tree as they also provide various other yard enhancements such as paver work, stump grinding and ground cover installations and land clearing. We had a big tree job. Two other co had stayed it was too big for them. But Tip Top Tree got the job done in two days all cleaned up. Very happy with there work.

We had an appointment at 2 pm today, for them to come out and give an estimate for trees we are wanting cut or trimmed back. Well 2pm has come and gone, with a no show from them AND no communication from them as to if they need to reschedule for any reason, just a flat out no show for 2 hours and no communication from them! What a waste so we will not bother to use them with this horrible non communication at all after a no show!

And here we are at 7pm still never received a call from them about if they could not come for some reason, we just totally got ghosted with a no show!!

How anyone can give this company a five star review must be friends or family because if I could give no stars I would... they don't even deserve a one star at all!!

No doing business with these scammers even if they call and give an excuse... they sure don't deserve our business!!

And now of course the business responds to my review basically saying I made a mistake and don't have the correct business!! Well what a rude response blaming a customer for a possible mix up!! Now will never bother with these un honest people!! Seriously blaming a customer when I have the correct business that we DID have an appointment with!! And they want to give an excuse they were at Disney world with their family, well who cares!!! Don't give some lame excuse when no one bothered to call and reschedule or confirm an appointment!

I will definitely be telling any friends to not use this company if they need tree services!!

I hate to have to do this but I really got shafted. Two weeks ago Tip TOP gave me a bid of $600.00 to trim my tree. Not all they way down, but about 3/4 down. No stump removal. This tree has been whittled down time and time again. $600.00 was a good price for both of us. Ist appointment missed. 2nd appointment hydraulic issue with truck. 3rd appointment, the person showed up knocked on my door and explained it would not cost me $600.00 but $1100.00 to trim the tree. I was aghast. The first missed appointment my neighbours access the street were having E-ZEE Tree Service cut down their trees. They came over and bid my tree which matched Tip TOP because the was in the area. I declined because I had already committed to Tip Top. Now my window of a group job price was gone. Tip Top did not keep their promise and was almost double in the original quote.
