I finally did something right! My 25 year old AC was going bad. (According to my wife). I called Capital and set an appointment to have it checked out. Jeff showed up and was ready make it better but my wife wanted a new unit. Long story short we set another appointment to get a new unit installed. I’m especially happy now that she’s happy. Thanks Jeff, Cory and John.

Jeff recommended we replace our washing machine but I just called on President's Day & they're CLOSED!!! Seriously?!!! What if someone had a real emergency today?!!! smdh!!! So I'll call tomorrow & ask about repairing the machine. I'm VERY, very disappointed they're closed today!!!

They replaced my InSinkErator Badger garbage disposal that was under warranty. I liked this company. Would highly recommend them.

Was having an issue with my clothes dryer after researching online for repair service I decided on Capital.I made the right decision. Cory was extremely professional and courteous. I have had them out many times for repairs however, this last time I was told I needed a new part for my dishwasher.
“ someone will call you Monday day with a price”. Well Monday came and went,Tuesday no call. Finally I called Wednesday and was told the parts girl was out and I should call back Thursday. Really? I should call them? No thank you. AND guess what - it’s another week later and NO ONE ever called. Dishwasher still broken. Terrible customer service. Call someone else for your appliance repairs

John came out and replaced a dryer belt for us. He was friendly and did a great job. The price was reasonable and the office staff were great in accommodating our schedule.

I reached out to Capital Appliance for my Samsung washing machine. At my initial appointment my situation was quickly diagnosed and fixed within the week, unfortunately I had a defective part but after reaching out they went above and beyond to get me the new part ASAP. Overall very satisfied with the great customer service and promptness in fixing my issues at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended! Thank you!

My washing machine broke. I called Capital Appliance, got appointment right away, tech came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part, a pump from Canada, received part within days, scheduled two techs to lift dryer off top of washer, replace pump, and place dryer back on top washer. The washer works better than before with the new pump. The whole process was handled efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

The receptionist didn't answer the phone both times I tried calling so I had to leave messages and wait for a callback both times. The service person was friendly however somehow a compressor and labor on a mini-fridge was quoted as $900+ on a unit that retails new for about $700. It would have been nice if they had told me that prior to sending a tech to save me the nearly $60 service call. The tech was nice and I feel like they would have done good work but a five star organization would have someone actually answering phones consistently and would have advised of estimated repairs and asked if I was sure I wanted a service call knowing that the compressor replacement would exceed the cost of a whole new unit.

AC stopped working. Called and Jeanne was so diligent in getting someone out to fix it. Corey was wonderful and arrived even earlier than expected. Very professional, very straightforward, and reasonable. Nice to know you can trust a company to do quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!!
