Constraction reviews in Seminole, Florida

Bryan and his team are the best in the business! Their quality of work and professionalism are far beyond their competitors in the industry. Would highly recommend to call First Choice Home Services for any work you need done on your home!

I highly recommend Bryan and his team at First Choice Home Services. They are reliable and do quality work. Everyone that they work with is happy and says amazing things about their work. I have no doubts about referring my friends and family to Bryan and his team. You will not be disappointed!!

I can't say enough good about the quality of work from Bryan Bethany and his team. I recently had all my floors replaced throughout my condo. Bryan was involved in the process from start to finish, offering innovative solutions to the design and clever solutions to the inevitable issues that come up with any renovation. The attention to every single detail was outstanding, he even worried about my cat Scooter when he thought he may be lost. I particularly appreciated the "not renovated" look I ended up with as I have no quarter round anywhere-looks like a first install-Perfect. And they stand behind their work guaranteeing 100% satisfaction, which is rare in this day and age. I would not hesitate to recommend First Choice Home Services to even the most finicky of customers. Thanks again.

Bryan and his crews have done work on my old condo, my parents, and even my grandmother's homes and now they are working on my house. We were hit pretty hard during back to back hurricanes. The work so far has been amazing and prompt. There's a lot to do and I can't wait to see it all finished. I already know it's going to be even better than it was before the storms. Highly recommend!

First Choice is the Only Choice!
Everything related to our experience in working with First Choice on our primary bathroom remodel was excellent. Initial consultation, permit process, demolition, remodel, inspections, tile, glass, touch ups and final approval all were conducted and performed by various representatives with professionalism, understanding and kindness. Yes! I’m talking about hired contractors!!! I know!!! This has not been my experience with the majority of contractors that we’ve worked with before and those experiences make me appreciate First Choice all the more. There is a wealth of knowledge there that allowed us to step back from the project with a confidence that it was being done properly and did not force us to constantly oversee what was being done in our home and that greatly reduced an otherwise stressful situation. We love the finished product and know that we now have an amazing resource available to us for any other projects that we face moving forward. Thanks again to the entire team at First Choice!

First Choice Home Services completed a beautiful project in our home. The project entailed removing the existing tiling, wood and carpet (except for to guest bedrooms) and laying large tiles. In addition they removed the stone surface on the entrance way and fireplace. The fireplace was then covered with a beautiful mix of off white stone face. The workers were very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the work and considering future projects.

First Choice is always who I call or recommend for any work around the house. They've done everything from changing light fixtures to reimagining my exterior entryway and front walkway. They're reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. And if there's something they're not able to do they'll recommend someone you can call.

We had a great experience with first choice. They accomplished our project in a professional and timely manner. Kenneth was especially helpful in addressing any concerns without hesitation. Prompt return of calls.

I've used First Choice for replacing a window, a bathroom floor. I also used them to do a bunch of "odds and ends" around my house, including baseboards, crown molding, re-installing my staircase railing, and installing a bathroom vanity. Kenneth was quick to come out and provide very competitive estimates. Workers have shown up on time, have been extremely professional, and take great pride in their work. This is a great company if you are needing different work done around your house, and don't want to vet out multiple contractors.

I had sheet water damage and a plumbing leak. I got in touch with first choice. Home service if they came put up new sheet rock, a new vanity and new faucet. Excellent job recommend them highly, and a lady working in the office was very nice. And understanding when she took my call.

First Choice Home Services replaced exterior siding on our two story home. FCHS also had the chimney's cap fabricated and replaced. They were mindful of our pets and did a fine job meeting our expectations and request. Thanks to all the folks at FCHS for the quick response, communication, and professionalisms.

First Choice did a first class job of replacing the hood over our stove and venting it outside. The new hood is enclosed in a cabinet that matches the existing cabinets perfectly. Every detail attended to and the install team was meticulous throughout. Excellent craftsmanship.

I can not say enough about how AMAZING this company is. We recently had a leak under our kitchen sink which damaged the lower cabinets, the walls between the kitchen, master bathroom and master closet. We hired a different company who took us for a ride and not the fun kind. I found First Choice after firing the previous company and it was bliss from that point forward. We are beyond grateful for their outstanding customer service, communication, knowledge and hardwork. Their team is honest, fair and trustworthy. The owner is fantastic to work with! First Choice Home Services built our kitchen from the bones up and it is gorgeous. Thank you for everything your company has done for our home! You should have been our "First Choice"! We look forward to calling this company in the future.

First Choice installed windows and doors in my home. My husband and I were both formerly in construction so we were extremely impressed with their professionalism and their craftsmanship. Every person that stepped foot in my house was exceptional working with Bryan and Brandy is a treat from start to finish and it was a wonderful. Once the job was completed, their administrator Joan followed up to be sure we were happy and she brought us a little gift. I love all the attention to detail and the personal touches. First Choice should be your only choice
