Their service and professionalism was top tier, and everyone I dealt with - from scheduling to installation - was an absolute pleasure to deal with. What a fantastic experience! I was lucky to have Ford contract with Far Out Design Inc to install my car charger. Even luckier to have Curtice Jarvis do the work. He worked in my hot garage & attic space running the cable to the spot I requested. He even fixed my slow wifi. He was literally a miracle worker! He even vacuumed up the debris from the project. I am looking for jobs to hire him again. What a pleasure to have work done on your property from someone who takes pride in their work and clearly enjoys what he does. Please note that if you have any problems after the contract work is completed as we did, he will state that his work is not warrantied per the contract or that he is now retired, both of which he stated to me. After not returning my call or text, I called from another phone and he answered.

I had an emergency issue with my lights in 1/2 of my house. My electric wasnt working and i had company coming into town!! I called and David said he had an appointment at the moment but could swing by after and see if he could help. David got to the problem and fixed it right away. He was priced VERY reasonably and was very polite and very nice! He showed me what was wrong and explained what he was doing. I already told him I need him to do more work for me next week!!! I highly recommend Beta Electric!!

He was the most professional, honest, and kind tradesperson I have met in a long time. Despite other electricians telling us we needed to replace our panel, he told us that might not fix the problem and ended up solving our issue for a fraction of the time and money. We would definitely use him again!
