Let me start with LOOK NO WHERE ELSE!!! Ive had multiple pool services in the past years and after coming accross Jesse, the owner, and needed a new company at the time. He came out the same day to check out the pool. I signed up for an AMAZING rate, the pool is always spotless, he puts every bit of effort, energy, love and care into cleaning these pools!!! This isnt just a company, it’s an amazing loyal service that WILL make sure you’re taken care of!!!!! A+++++

Jesse at quality care goes above and beyond. I used some of those other pool services that are chains and it is simply a clock in and clock out process. Every time those other vendors came by, they walked in my back yard, stirred up the water and left. When quality care took on the job it was exactly what the name dictates. I also just moved here and Jesse is well connected and also referred other small businesses that I have had excellent experiences with. My pool is always sparkling and I would recommend quality care to EVERYONE!!!

I’ve known Jesse for 3 years now and he’s awesome. I left my previous company due to reliability and reached out to Jesse and quality care pool service to have them start servicing my pool. Immediately he showed me that my filter needed to be changed which my previous pool company did not and he was able to get my chemicals appropriately balanced. I worked and worked on my pool. Finally I gave up and was recommended Jesse by another company. He called me back right away and showed up the next day at 7 am. He’s already gotten my pool clear again. He’s amazing and I’d recommend him to anyone.Ive posted before and after pics. But he’s still working on it.

Every other pool company sends a different guy each week who spends no more than 15 minutes doing the bare minimum. Jesse is always on time and does such an incredible job, you would think he was treating his own pool. He doesn’t just do a quick clean. He becomes an expert on your pool and it’s unique needs, and his attention to detail does not go unnoticed. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is always available to answer questions and give advice on pool maintenance. Remember that you get what you pay for. Jesse is worth every penny and then some. If your pool isn’t being treated by Quality Care Pool Service, you’re seriously missing out.

Stay away from this company. They do not do what is promised. A lot of excuses and broken promises. I encourage you to take your business elsewhere! I wish I had! Never again!!!
