Lorenzo & his entire crew have been taking amazing care of our double lot for quite a while now. They show up around the same time, on the same day, every week, & my yard looks so nice! They always do the little extras too that you don't really think about until you have to do it yourself & they make it look easy. If you are in the Seminole Area & need lawncare, I 10/10 recommend reaching out to Lorenzo! He's always great at getting back to me via text too :)

We have been using Lo-Cut Lawn for almost 13 years. Lorenzo Holmes is extremely professional/friendly and available either via texting, email, or a call. We first started to use Lo-Cut Lawn for cutting our lawn and then added services such as trimming Palm Trees, removing trees/bushes, landscaping, hauling off items etc. His prices are very reasonable and always lower than other quotes. His crew is friendly and go the extra mile. They show up on your scheduled day and time. Got a quote for monthly lawn service, but when I tried to finalize the details, they completely stopped responding. I was ready to move forward and just needed one question answered, but was completely blown off. Very unprofessional communication. I’ll be taking my business to a company that actually values customer service.

Jacob and his crew did a great job. Had a couple of other companies come in and couldn't do the job do to having difficulty getting equipment in to backyard to perform job. Jacob did it the old fashion way by climbing the tree to reach the location of branches.

I had Saunders Property Maintenance to trim my oak tree. Jacob gave me a good quote to do the work. They did a great job. He went above and beyond to get the work done. Very professional, courteous and arrived on time. Cleaned up all that was on the ground. Very happy with him. I will always use him from here on. I give the company 5 stars.

Fantastic family owned business. They helped get my house hurricane ready. Did all the trees front and back. They do everything from tree trimming, to beautiful landscape work, irrigation and fencing. Theses are my go to people for all my yard needs.

I highly recommend Saunders Property Management. I've been using them to take care of my rental property in Seminole and Jacob has done an amazing job keeping it looking great!

He's caught some issues with the lawn spraying company, fixed some sprinkler issues, and has gone above and beyond to keep my property and landscaping in great shape and looking fantastic. He's smart, reliable and takes initiative when needed and that gives me peace of mind knowing that my property's lawn is well taken care of.

Great park, fenced.

A lot of wasted trips going to this store just to find out they forgot to mark items out of stock. Very disorganized and nobody seems to work at the areas they are at when you need help. That seems to be the case with a lot of these corporate hardware stores nowadays, no care!
