We have been satisfied clients of Palms Tree Service for many years. We have very large Washingtonian Palms on our property and owner/arborist Graham Orr and his staff have consistently done a terrific job caring for them. The size and location of the trees present logistical challenges to any tree surgeon attempting to trim them. However, year after year, Graham and his team complete the trimming of the trees neatly, professionally, and with an eye toward ensuring their continuing health. The work of Palms Tree Service is outstanding in every respect!

Mark and his team came out to remove two trees from my front lawn and grind the stumps. He also pruned my crepe myrtle. They were prompt and professional, but also really cleaned up my patio and front yard so well. It probably looked better than before they came. I would recommend The Palms Tree Service. Mark was helpful in explaining my options and I really appreciated his patience with my questions. Thanks for such a great job!

Fantastic service. I am sooooo happy. The arborist, Graham, and his competent crew removed a pine tree that was causing a dangerous situation at my house. It is difficult to tell that a tree was there. Palms Tree Service is the best tree service that I have ever hired.
In talking to him I found out too that Graham is a really good person...honest, intelligent and caring.

Excellent tree trimming service. Cutting the huge live oaks over my screen enclosure was a very challenging endeavor to say the least. Graham showed me what would be the best for the trees and to get the sun back on our pool area. Pricing was good, the work was completed exactly as we had agreed on, service was timely, the crew was pleasant and all was cleaned up before they left - they actually left my yard cleaner than when they came! Thanks guys! Can't go wrong with Palms.

Graham and his crew did a great job on our large live oak. We recently moved in and the tree had not been maintained. Graham gave his recommendations and had a fair price. His whole crew was very friendly, courteous, and polite. I highly recommend them.

Graham, Rob and their team are incredible - they removed a 60+ foot tree for us with care and precision. They were super communicative through the whole process, from coming over for a consultation and offering advice, giving us education on the tree, and then during the removal process. They were even awesome about saving us some clippings from the tree and some mulch to use in the yard. Highly recommend The Palms Tree Service, and we’ll be using them for all our future tree needs!

Had a delivery from chip drop through this company, I was a bit nervous because of how some deliveries have been for chip drop on videos but I was willing to risk it all. It seemed like what I needed and indeed I was right. It’s not always the same company they use. . But my oh my. I love The Palms Tree Service.! Their customer service was amazing and have integrity how they treat you. And the drop off work was wow.. I’m definitely referring this company to anyone that needs an Arborist. Best company for my first experience. I will continue with any future needed services.

These guys are extremely unprofessional!!!! They look like a few kids just jumping around on their machines. They don’t look where they’re cutting. It is cut they cut anything. They cut big chunks off trees all over the property that I live at I mean and then they don’t even look at what they’re putting in the wood chipper, they literally cut a huge chunk, a limb off, and then chunk it into the wood chipper with no regard to anything that might be living in the tree. . They are here at our property right now and it’s the worst hack job I’ve ever seen in my life. Who are these clowns?
