Once she told me that I asked her if she would come to my home to clean it. She was so professional. First we discussed what my needs were, then she did an evaluation of the house. Afterwards, we discussed her plan of action and then she just took over. Krystal is definitely focused on attention to detail and she never disappoints. Although Krystal has opened her own cleaning business recently, she has been cleaning my homes for the past 3 years. Integrity is key and also best describes Krystal. I have known her for quite a few years, she is honest and trustworthy. She has been at my home while I am there dealing with many conference calls for my own business, I’ve never felt the need to shut the door during my calls. At no time have I ever had anything come back to me that I have discussed in my home while she has been there working from any of the people that we both know. I have also left Jewelry out of my dresser many times and she will always ask me if she can move it in order to continue cleaning, If I wasn’t there, she left it exactly where it was and left a note for me telling me because she couldn’t get a hold of me. She didn’t want to move it without my permission. I have always told her you don’t have to bother asking me go ahead and do it and yet every single time she asked me if it’s OK. I have literally left money out In the kitchen and she would write a note to me and let me know that she stacked up the money that I had scattered (loose change and dollars). It is nerve-racking trying to find someone to come into your home or business and trust them without knowing them.
