My name is Rick Miles. I have used MaidPro for several years and they have always been a great service, and the owners Todd and Joy are extremely polite and accommodating, but that is not the main reason for this review, however. I would like to publicly acknowledge the woman that cleans my house on a monthly basis. Her name is Brittany and this gal cleans like no one i have ever had clean my home before, down to cleaning the dirty coffee pot. Every time i walk into a room i am surprised by something she has cleaned that i didn't think about. Thank you MaidPro and thank you Brittany.

Our new pro was Ashley F. She did a terrific job cleaning our condo. She was on time and extremely responsive to our needs. She was consciousness and addressed all the areas we discussed. Would definitely recommend her services.

Just experienced my 1st service with MaidPro St Petersburg. Rachel was our cleaning lady. She was awesome. Very friendly and did a great job cleaning our home. I hope she will be our permanent cleaning lady.

Had construction work done in my apt. There was a great deal of construction dust and everything was out of place. Called Maid pro and was given a quick appointment and I was made to feel that they would have everything in hand. When Ally, Paris and Rachel K. came they were friendly, cooperative and efficient. They made my apartment liveable again. It is my intentention to continue with them. Promised to customized my service.

I needed cleaning for my daughter’s home. She’s expecting a baby and I wanted to give her help with the housekeeping. Ashley was great, efficient and professional, also friendly. The customer service was amazing. We are happy to have Ashley come to the every 2 weeks.

I am a single guy, I have the maid service come to my apartment every two weeks and I cannot overstate how nice it is to walk in to a spotless kitchen, bathroom, the floors are done and everything is so tidy. Haley H. came in and even tidied up the laundry I accidently left out. It gives me so much of my time back.

The ladies showed up on time!! Got right to work. Was fast but very very very thorough. I needed a deep clean because mommy life took over and I do the basics but needed the extra elbow work to get the spots that you typically don't get. I can't wait for my next service!!!

Just hired MaidPro on Friday after finding out we were having unexpected company arriving Saturday afternoon. Rachel & Aryam arrived promptly at 9am Saturday morning. After experiencing a great deal of “hit and miss” with housecleaners, I wasn’t sure what to expect. They were incredibly friendly and professional from the moment they entered my home.

This wasn’t an easy job because we’re in the process of moving somebody in., So there are boxes everywhere. I apologize for the confusion, but they reassured me that it was no trouble at all and proceeded to clean my place as well as it’s ever been cleaned. I am not only continuing biweekly housecleaning services from maid pro, I have specifically requested that Rachel & Aryam be permanently assigned to my account.

We had Destiny C. do an initial clean of my boyfriend’s very….”lived-in” townhome, before I moved all my stuff in. She arrived on time, was super friendly, patient when we had questions, and very gracious when our dumb dog was being curious lol. And we are SO happy with her work! She even got some paint off our tile that we didn’t even ask for because we thought it was a long-permanent stain. And I am so happy to move into a CLEAN home. We’ll definitely be scheduling semi/regular cleanings with this company again. Thank you Destiny!

I’ve been using MaidPro for quite a few years because they do an impeccable job cleaning my home. The Pros are very professional, reliable and fantastic at what they do. Mirelis especially - she is a dream!!!! Couldn’t ask for a better Pro!! And communication is excellent. Very, very pleased and I highly recommend them!
