We hadn’t used TB before, but Matt came out for our garbage disposal through a home warranty service. Although the warranty service baubled the call, Matt sorted it out and had the job done in a flash at no additional charge. We’re very pleased with the way he figured it out and completed the job. We’ll keep them in our contacts for sure.

The plumber specialist Andy from TB Plumbing came in timely manner and during a few minutes fixed the toilet flushing issue we had. Also he explained what happened and how to prevent these issues in future. Thank you very much for a very professional and fast service.

Constantine was great! Very prompt and addressed my kitchen sink issue right away. His knowledge and experience led him to the exact place I was having an issue in which he had what he needed to fix it. Definitely recommend.

Matt came from St. Pete to fix my garbage disposal. He really worked on it to try to get it going. no luck. I ended up getting a new garbage disposaI. He had a new one in his truck. Lucky me !!! When it came time to pay he was very helpful and patient with me using the Zelle app on my phone. Let’s just say I couldn’t have done it without him. He was very respectful and polite. I had a main line stoppage on a SUNDAY with one guest already present and additional guests arriving in only a few hours. I knew prices were going to be higher, but I called another company and they were outrageous. I called TB Plumbing and Konstantin said he wasn’t sure if they had anyone in the area but asked if he could check with one of his guys and call me back. Within a few minutes Elena called me back and said Matt would be on his way. Matt came and took care of the issue within the hour, not trying to stay for an additional fee. He was courteous and professional, spoke with my neighbors as we share a clean out. Overall great experience. I will never call anyone else. Thank you ALL!!!

I received great service from this company. Andy came to my house to diagnose my leaky kitchen faucet and he was so kind and helpful. I also felt like he was honest in regards to diagnosing and trying to save us money. Sara was the appt coordinator and she always returned my calls and communicated well.

I have been without my garbage disposal for about 2 weeks now. I ALWAYS try to fix everything myself before a call for a repairman. So, I of course thought I would be getting a new disposal!
