Team Air rapidly responded to my service call at 8:00 AM on a Sunday morning and a technician showed up to my house in less than 2 hours to begin work. Upon arrival he thoroughly diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and then stayed for confirmation that the unit was blowing cold air throughout my house. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any future repairs and also routine service maintenance.

The evaporator fan motor needed to be replaced on our Carrier air handler today, August 12, 2024.
Chad, the service person indicated that this part was still under a 5 year part’s warranty as our whole A/C unit was replaced on March of 2020.

Chad stressed numerous times that we didn’t have to pay for this part, as it would have costed us approx $1500.00.
Although he charged us $550.00 for labor to replace this part. This is an exorbitant amount of money. Unfortunately he spoke w/my boyfriend when he first arrived while charging $110.00 for an initial trouble shoot service fee.
If I had initially spoken to him, I would not have agreed to a $550.00 labor charge. $275.00 an hour is an outlandish amount to charge. Also, he said he would be in & out swiftly, well it took over two hours to replace this part, $550.00, $275.00 an hour.
I DO NOT recommend this company!!

Team air conditioning and heating has been the first business in quite some time, to really impress me and gain a lifelong customer. They helped me with a dilemma, had better pricing than the company I was about to sign with for an air conditioning repair, and they were much more enjoyable to work with. I would refer them to anyone with an AC or heating problem and will certainly be letting my friends and family know about them as well. Thank you again!

I finally bit the bullet and had a new HVAC system installed at my house after spending to much money on my old unit. Team Air did a great job with the new installation. Also, the new unit is saving me money with better efficiency.

The gentleman that came to my home asked many bizarre questions. They were very bizarre and did not have anything to do with the purpose of being there to fix my AC Imhe then proceeded to program my AC thermostat to a temperature that I did not instruct him to do so which was at 74°. I had already stated to him to leave it at 80 because no one lived there at the time. He just kept asking why why. He then went around the home and said all my vents are closed and disassembled my mop to use the pole to open the vents and when I came home the pole of the mop was laying on the sink and the mop was in the kitchen which was again odd. Didn't fix anything didn't repair anything and it was a waste of my time for them to come.

Team Air is a wonderful company. They went above and beyond for us. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. They will even help with financing. We are more than satisfied with the service provided to us. I promise you will be satisfied too. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Honest, Professional, Prompt, and highly recommended!! We were without A/C for 2 days & our problem was diagnosed within about an hour. We did have to replace our unit, which was installed two days later. Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism.
