I was having issues with my a/c unit, I called Living Air and asked to have a technician come by the house to check it out. I was given a 4:00 PM time for the appointment. The technician came by at 2:45; diagnoses the unit and determined that it was the thermostat. He had one in the truck and proceeded to have my unit back cooling within the hour.
