Reviews of local pros in South Miami, Florida

It had been a full year since I had my vents cleaned by another company. They only stayed for 20 minutes, then left my house. A few weeks after this, I noticed large dust clumps falling from my ceiling onto my kitchen floor. I felt like I had been cheated by these guys. When MiaDuct was recommended to me, I called and scheduled an appointment. When they got here, they showed me that the first company didn't even reach the deep parts of the pipes where all the dirt was sitting. They took a long time and made sure they cleaned every inch of that metal. I'm so glad I found them because they did what the other guys didn't, and I'll only call them from now on!

I found some black and green fuzzy spots growing on the vents in my bathroom ceiling and it made me very afraid. Breathing in mold is terrible for your lungs so I knew I had to get it out of my house as soon as possible. I contacted MiaDuct in South Miami and they came to assist me. They looked inside the ducts and found that there was some water trapped inside the pipes which led to the mold growth due to the humidity. They cleaned everything inside and sprayed a special solution to ensure the green fuzz does not come back. Now my air is safe for me and my children to breathe. It was quite the ordeal but they did their best and ensured it was perfect.

The big vent on one of my walls was covered in a thick layer of gray fuzz and hair that my two cats must have dropped in there. So I went to MiaDuct in South Miami to get it vacuumed out because my house was getting too hot. But after cleaning the vent, air moves through the system much faster, so we're very cool.

The previous tenant used to smoke a lot in this house, and the vents smelled like trash.I called MiaDuct of South Miami to clean the ducts and vent, and they did a fantastic job. They got the lingering smell and old dust out of the ducts, and the place smells fresh now!

I got a solid, straightforward estimate for the air duct cleaning over the phone and there were absolutely no surprises or extra charges when the technician completed the job. The MiaDuct crew was courteous, quick and did a great job. It's nice to have a company based out of South Miami that is so upfront about its prices without trying to upsell everything!

My baby boy has super sensitive lungs. Our pediatrician suggested an air duct cleaning by professionals to create the cleanest space possible. MiaDuct was on board.

They spent some extra time on the returns that go directly to his room and even demonstrated how their equipment is strong enough to eliminate 99.9% of all debris. My mind is at ease and my son is breathing easier. These are really professionals.

We reside in a section of South Miami where there are gigantic and gorgeous Banyan trees, but the level of fine tree dust and debris they shed is never-ending. For years, our returns were just sucking up all that fine tree fertilizer. MiaDuct did an air duct cleaning that was second to none.

They applied the most powerful agitating apparatus to remove the pollen from the trunk lines. Now, my dark wood furniture has a lot less of the fine film that used to accumulate.

Required an extensive air duct cleaning since my indoor air quality was significantly compromised after some landscaping projects outdoors, bringing tons of dirt into the house. MiaDuct was very responsive in terms of scheduling. The technician was very respectful and polite. He even took the time to show the camera footage inside the vents before starting, which was very honest. They also sealed up all the access points well and I'm very satisfied with the clean finish.

Very happy with this electrician. He did the job quickly and safely. Very professional help.

A quick and dependable service to rewire your house. The electrician did a good job and cleaned up after himself.

The electrician did a great job putting lights in my attic. Everything works great.

Since several years ago, we have collaborated with the local electrician. I would refer him to anyone in need of electrical services because he is an outstanding individual.

My initial apprehension of electricians has faded. Electrician in my area was quite helpful and made my life a lot easier when I contacted for repair work on a ceiling fan.

They came to my home to install the outside lighting, which I found to be incredibly satisfactory. They did not require much space and were easy to assemble.

I used this local electrician to fix a socket and switch recently. They were excellent at the job, took care of all my questions, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of work.
