These guys sent out someone to check on my lighting and stalled fan. He found out what the issue was and fixed it immediately. They were fast, reliable and friendly. I appreciate and recommend them more!

I called and made an appt. They said they would be here from 10 to 1pm today. I waited and waited and waited. Called 4 times to find out what was going on. No call no show.
Owner hid behind his answering service, would not call me back, answering service would not let me talk to this company and at 4pm I called and they said well maybe we should reschedule after making me wait the entire day for them to not even show up or reach out to me.
I called them because of their many reviews, oh well they don't care I sit here with no service, electrical issues, no new appt because I depended on them like they asked me too

I don't know where these 5 star reviews have come from but this is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever come across in this industry. I have called them 5 times in 2 days they told me (actually someone who sounded like they were 17 told me) the company would be coming out between 2-5 yesterday, I asked if they work for the company they said yes then they asked me if I was calling from Chicago or Florida when this company is supposed to be based a mile away from where the job is. The short story is I called 4 more times today to confirm that they would be coming out because they never showed yesterday and I got the same sounding person at least the same age group who said yes we'll have them call you right away... no calls no nothing and this job we had to get done by today obviously has not been done . Ultimately it does not matter if they're good or not at their job when they don't come out and do not communicate with a potential customer.
