I reached out to this company for a quote to clean our dryer ventilation hose. Instead, we were presented with a quote exceeding $3,000 for a full system replacement. After we declined, a same-day discount was offered if we committed on the spot.

To be sure, we sought a second opinion from another local company the very next day. They confirmed that a full replacement was unnecessary and completed the original cleaning service we requested for under $200.

While the experience may vary, ours left us feeling misled and pressured. I would advise others to approach with caution and consider comparing estimates before making a decision.
