I got a quote from another company to replace an AC blower motor, I thought the labor price was really high. It was flat rate labor and the process only takes 20 minutes or less. I called this company and got an estimate and labor was half The price of the competitor to do the same blower motor replacement. I chose to use this company and the technician was very knowledgeable and quick.

We had air troubles and due for yearly service. Chris Lueck was our service tech and did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Best company I have ever used for heat an air. Highly recommend.

The folks at Kron & West Air Conditioning were professional, friendly and fast! Last summer Bob came right to our home to give us an estimate for replacement of a 1.5 ton a/c, heat pump, air handler, new pad for the compressor, thermostat, circuit breakers. Days later the expert technicians were up in the attic getting the old stuff out and the new handler and drain pan installed. The pad was placed for the compressor. Compressor placed. Electrical replaced, lines flushed, thermostat calibrated. Amazing! All in one day. I was so impressed with their work! We are so fortunate here in St. Petersburg to have such a great company! Thank you!

Absolutely the best AC company I’ve ever dealt with ! I called the office and she scheduled a tech that day.
Not only did they come and diagnose the issue( bad ac blower motor) but they replaced it the next day with a new one ! The servicemen are top notch in their field and explained everything. The office personnel are second to none and they even made an adjustment to the cost for us( which is not heard of these days) Family run businesses are the best and all we seek out .

Great AC company. I just had a service maintenance done by their service mechanic Chris Lueck. He explained everything he was doing and how it affected the system. He was very professional, timely, and respectful of our home. Thank you Kron & West for always providing great service!

The former owner of our condo had a maintenance contract that we were unaware of with two paid visits remaining. We had paid the technician for the work only to have the company call us to let us know of the contract. They reimbursed us. Wanted to thank Kron & West for the excellent service today. Our island in St. Pete has several businesses working throughout it daily, and Kron & West is one locally owned company I’ve always noticed because of their consistent presence—which clearly reflects their professionalism.

We had an issue with our heating/cooling system over the weekend that I couldn’t address, so I reached out to them after reading their many positive reviews. From the very first phone call, I could tell I was dealing with a company that truly takes pride in its work. I spoke with Morgan, explained the situation, and let her know I had morning commitments but was available after 2 PM. She assured me a tech would be there right at 2 PM and that I’d receive a follow‑up call when they were on the way. I really appreciated how clearly she explained the entire process—something that’s been lacking with other companies I’ve worked with in the past.

Ashley followed up at 1:30 PM to confirm the technicians were en route, and Jason and Zach arrived a few minutes early. They were fantastic from start to finish. After explaining what was going on, they got right to work. It was obvious they take pride not only in their craftsmanship but also in the company they represent—thorough, clean, and professional throughout. They walked me through everything they found and even took care of another issue they discovered along the way.
