Constraction reviews in St. Augustine, Florida

Jake and his crew did an amazing job on a small remodel for us. They're very courteous and the job they did was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them for your services.

Really positive experience. My husband is a terminally ill firefighter, as such I care for him 24/7 and I need help with projects around my house. I was having trouble with how dark it was inside my home. They installed a beautiful glass insert and sidelight on my front door. This gives me tons of fresh light and the style of the glass is modern and private. I LOVE it. They also repaired a bathroom window sill and tiles that had started to lift from water exposure. They did a great job on the sill/tiles and I feel the integrity has been restored with good looks too! I LOVE the light that comes in my front door now….it literally brightens my entire open concept.

I hired Ancient City Construction to replace 2 sets of wooden steps. Matthew came out to measure and sent a quote. Within a week Ike & his team were at my cottage replacing those old dangerous steps. They did an outstanding, quality job and I now have steps that are built to last our Florida climate. All I need to do is paint them white and I will do that soon. I will hire them again for future projects. They are a family business who have been in Saint Augustine for over 30 years.

We are more than happy with our new roof fascia and rebuilt chimney. The crew was professional and friendly and did amazing work. Highly recommended!
