Corner Construction built our home in Butler Beach Florida in 2019 & we couldn't be happier. Everything about the house is fantastic - the layout, the attention to detail, the quality of construction. Another often overlooked point - is what happens after the sale. Corner Construction & our builder Spirit have been amazing. We have had a couple of issues that were totally unrelated to the builder, but with the sub-contracted work. I feel like our builder should be wearing a cape with an S on it. Any questions we've had, any concerns, repairs... we've been completely taken care of. I couldn't recommend this company more highly!

We were apprehensive about selecting the right company to build our new home on Atlantic View, and we interviewed many area contractors. This was a very difficult process for us as it was difficult to find a good, professional builder with honesty and integrity who would also keep affordability in mind. We thankfully chose the right one!
Good company policy emanates from the top down. With Corner Construction, it all starts with the owner, Ryan Cornelison, and his selection of employees. Jack and Pam Lassen are invaluable assets in the office, but it doesn’t stop there.
Our Project Manager, Warren Berry and his Superintendents, Brandy and Dalton, were in constant communication with us throughout the process. Communication and timely updates are extremely import, but their honesty, integrity, knowledgeability and professionalism were unmatched.
From the office, Suzanne sent us weekly spreadsheets to keep us abreast of the expenses. This, plus the ability to pick up the phone and get answers from anyone immediately, took a lot of the stress out of the building process.
If you are building a new home or just doing a renovation, you will not find a better company and staff in the entire St. Augustine area with which to do business. We are snowbirds. When we returned to our park model in Bryn Mawr ocean resort we discovered a water leak that flooded our bathroom. It also destroyed thr flooring in our bedroom, hall and kitchen. Ancient City returned my call quickly and came out to discuss remodeling project the next day!... they were able to work us into their busy schedule to do a total remodeling on bath, replace all the plumbing in the park model, plus replace electric in bathroom plus replace all the flooring in our unit. I now have the bathroom of my dreams. Very professional and reasonably priced

I normally do not post the reviews, but beware of this frauds. i had a project for room extension so i posted it in home advisor, and this guy name Jack Antonio contacted me for the project. i had set up an appointment with him. he gave me a reasonable quote and said i need engineer to design your room. in a next visit he came with couple of other engineers and ask for $500 deposit for it which i paid right away and they promised me to provide design in one week or so. the i gave them a check on 01/26. after they took the money there was no response for weeks . every time i call them either he will not pick up the phone or say i have not received a plans yet. in my call today when i asked for refund he said you have to call engineer , he is not responsible for it and also said your quote may be double what he gave an estimate before and last his wife made the racial comment which force me to leave this review. Please stay away from this fraud company.

We couldn't be happier with the work done by Ancient City Construction. Custom front door, interior moldings, complete bathroom remodel. Their eye for detail was impressive - no cutting corners. Quality work! Matt (the GC) was easy to talk to in discussing project timelines, design ideas and recommendations. A special thanks goes out to his team... they were all respectful, professional and easy to be around. I plan to use ACC for future projects and recommend them for yours. You won't be disappointed.

Matt and his team did a fantastic job on the rebuild of our balcony. He communicated clearly, was highly professional, kept us posted at each step of the project, was easy to reach when we had a question, and carried out excellent work. Would highly recommend them!

After planning & saving for a new wooden platform to be installed in our backyard….. we are now extremely happy with the end results. After researching and calling 5 different companies ( 2 never even showed up for their appointments)

Water leak repair! Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the process and extent of work expected. From estimate to completion Evelyn, communication and professionally done.

They did a great job replacing my front door. I needed the frame, sill, etc all redone and it came out looking very professional. They were very quick as well, now I have a much more weather resistant door with storm season upon us. Would definitely recommend
