Best tree service I have ever seen on time job done correctly first time ran by family owned business well put together

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Taylor Tree Service provided an absolutely seamless transaction! They showed up on time (in the rain, to boot) to look and estimate the job, snap some pictures and quickly emailed us our quote. The appointment was confirmed and the crew of 4 showed up early to get started! They arrived with their cherry picker and a separate truck to mulch up the branches on the spot, all the while raking and cleaning the yard. Could not be more pleased with the WHOLE process! We had some gnarly oaks that had not had a good trim in 10 years and they did a great job! A+ all the way around!

Can't speak about the quality of work because they never showed up to do the job. They gave me a 2 hour window from 11-1 and at 1:30 I called and got voice mail........would not recommend as it was a wasted day for us.

Taylor Tree Services helped us out with a dangerous situation. They were prompt, identified the issue, and called in their team to help take care of it immediately. Great local company who was very professional.

I live at Oxford Chase in Jacksonville and the Management company and the HOA hired this company to remove trees on the property. I just got home from work and found a major mess in my yard as they left a lot of debris instead of cleaning it up. They also broke my sprinkler that waters the lawn, not only did they break it off at ground level they also snapped the top sprinkler head off and must have taken it with them as it was a heavy duty spray top to water a large area of the lawn. I cannot find it lying anywhere on the ground so they must have taken it. They never notified the property management about the damage they caused. These people are very dishonest and unprofessional leaving the mess and destruction for the homeowner to take care of. How shameful. I would not hire them to do anything, the worst tree service company that I have ever seen but the management company here tends to hire these types of companies to do work on the property here.
Response to company/office manager. I do not know why you seem to not know about your company removing trees at Oxford Chase, Jacksonville, FL last week as the trucks on property had Taylor Tree Service on the sides of their service trucks. I believe your company contracted with Down to Earth the lawn service here to do the work as they have done several times in the past several years. Call Kim Mercado the Property Manager for Oxford Chase at First Service Residential as she authorized the project and works with the HOA at Oxford Chase. It appears you were not aware of this project last week and I really do not know why or what is going on and why the trucks appeared to be part of your company. I am a homeowner here and the HOA and Property Management here only notified us by email that the trees were going to be trimmed last week, they did not notify us that they were going to be removed. Your trucks were on property from 5/16/2022 to 5/19/2022. My tree was removed from the side of my house on 5/19/2022.

My husband and I highly recommend this company. Contacted them on Friday about a tree we needed cut down. Called Monday said they'd be there at 3. Tree was down, area was cleaned up, and they were done in maybe 30 minutes. And they were very reasonable on price!! Other tree company we contacted was extremely disappointing. Didnt call us back and didnt show up when they said . Go with Taylor!!!!!!

This is a family owned small business that values safety in the workplace. They use every sanitary measure in the office and in the field to ensure everyone stays healthy from COVID-19. Outstanding customer service and care. Great quality mulch and tree service! I highly recommend this company!

We had Taylor tree take down 2 massive gum ball trees! They told us they would be there at 8am to start the process. They showed up 30mins early and had everything in place and team ready to start on time! These days it always seems like everyone is late. Not this team! Everyone was extremely friendly and worked very efficiently.

Most important question - Would I use them again? YES! Absolutely without a doubt!
