I am new to the city of St. Cloud and after a week of purchasing my new home, both of my toilets backed up and sewage went into my shower and tub. I called Jorge around 6:00 am and by 8:00 am he arrived at my house and began snaking the lines. What was revealed was very disturbing. The prior homeowner had the tile floor in the shower replaced. The installers not only pushed all of the grout and sand into the drain, but also flushed shop paper towels down the toilet. Of course both of these stupid moves, caused unnecessary problems and the potential for serious maintenance issues. Both Jorge and co-worker Rafael were very professional, explained the issue and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend Plumbing Response Team for their responsiveness, professionalism and fair pricing.

From the initial call to him doing the actual job, everything was amazing. Our company was having issues with what we believed was our plumbing. Called Jorge and he was quick to go over several things on the phone to make sure that we needed a plumber. In the end he came out to take a look to make sure to point me in the right direction. Turns out we did not need a plumber but a septic company. I'm only giving two stars because the work was done and the plumber who showed up was very courteous and professional.
I'm in a very desperate situation because, we are getting our subfloor replaced due to water damage.
The guys working on the floor demoed the subfloor below the shower and noticed a leak.
Since I live on a state street and they are located close to my house, I called this company and explained the situation. The person I spoke to was able to send someone promptly (That's one star).
When the plumber got here. He said that he could definitely do it. When I asked him how much he gave me a price. I countered at 15% less. We agreed.
Plumber goes back to his truck and starts getting supplies. I was still standing outside of my house as I was throwing something out and talking with the floor contractors.
The plumber walks up to me and tells me that his boss is on the phone.
As soon as I said hi, he told me that it was actually double what the plumber and I had already agreed to. Then, when I told him that I cannot agree to that price, his response was, "Well, he already did the work."
Which he had not. Then, he proceeded to talk to me in a condescending manner. Reminding me that they are plumbers and not handymen.
Being that we were in a desperate situation with our floor contractors not being able to finish unless the leak was addressed, we needed this to be done ASAP. So we came to an agreement over the phone.
His plumber went on to do the job (that's the other star)
But him switching the price on me thinking that the work was already done is leaving me very unsettled. And that is why I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company.

I called and had Jorge at my house within 2hrs for a non-emergency. He was extremely professional and helpful and ultimately saved us money finding that the issue was not plumbing but an external issue with the A/C drain pipe and fixed it immediately. We were in a bind, as our kitchen sink completely backed up. We gave them a call and they showed up within two hours. The team was professional, quick and responsive. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend.

I decided to do my own plumbing at 11:30 at night and ended up with a mess. I called and Jorge answered right away and was able to help my immediate situation over the phone. Showed up the next day and assessed the issue, gave me 2 different options at different price points so I could make the decision that was best for me and my budget.
The actual repair was done quickly, neatly and the price was fair. Brand new parts were used and everything went well. I recommend Jorge and his team.

I don't know how this company has so many good reviews but that was the reason I chose them. I had my new 50gal water heater installed by Jorge in Nov. It took a few days for me to get my receipt which I specified I needed for my warranty. They sent me a receipt for a 40 gallon water heater install. I asked Jorge multiple times to please revise the receipt to reflect the correct size of 50 gallons because I am not sure how this will affect my warranty. They never sent it. My water heater has been leaking for a week. I never had issues with my previous one it just got old and I wanted something newer. I texted Jorge a few days ago asking if he could stop by to take a look. No response. Now I'm stuck with a leaky water heater and not even sure how I can prove to warranty that it was installed by a professional because they never sent me a receipt to reflect my 50 gallon tank. Once they got your money and did their part don't expect much else.

Jorge and his team have been amazing. We have used them in several instances and he has always come through. Last week he came in to clean up our sewer line under the house so we could use our water during the weekend preparing for a complete sewer line replacement.

Jorge is the best! Contacted him after 5 p.m. and he was here before noon the following day. Gave me an honest
