Contractor reviews in St Pete Beach, Florida

I hired Coastal Palms about a yr ago they came right out gave me a estimate that was very competitive to others and I decided to go with them . They were here literally the next day and the work was completed within a few weeks and they originally told me a month ..the work that was done was more than I could of imagined they ended up fixing some small issues along the way and they didnt charge me for it ..dealing with the owner Keith was great couldn't be happier with the work the process and the cost ..I would highly recommend coastal palm

Our house got flooded with the recent hurricanes. Coastal Palms immediately handled the tear out, clean up & disinfection of our entire home as our family got displaced. As quickly as the local government eventually let us get a permit, Keith then got his crews right away to us to complete the rehab. We are now already back in our home with everything completed! We will be using Keith again for any future work that we need done!!

Storm ruined our home, Keith and his guys restored it faster than it took toget a permit after the storm(pun intended). He has also done several neighbors homes. Honest contractor and everyone seems to like him. Highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of working with Coastal Palms Contracting, led by the incredible Keith. He provided tremendous assistance with my project and was extremely generous throughout the entire process. Keith was always reachable, making it incredibly easy to work with him. He is an honest and reliable person, and his professionalism is truly commendable.

I'm genuinely grateful to know that there are still such wonderful individuals and companies in the USA. I highly recommend Coastal Palms Contracting to anyone in need of contracting services.

Thank you, Keith, for everything!

Finally a General Contractor that is dependable. Coastal Palms did a fantastic job on my addition. Good quality work and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Keith and his crew at Coastal Palms Contracting are the real deal. I was half-expecting the usual contractor headaches — missed calls, delays, surprise costs — but nope, Keith actually picked up the phone every time (which already makes him a unicorn in this industry). The job was done on time, the quality was excellent, and his team treated my place with respect instead of leaving it looking like a construction war zone.

Bottom line: honest guy, great work, and zero stress. If you need contracting done, call Keith — just don’t keep him too busy in case I need him again!

Great experience. The owner is professional, yet very personable. Was able to finish the job ahead of schedule, despite our numerous changes/additions. The family couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this contractor.

Keith’s tile guys did an awesome job for us. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to having them do our other house as well. Thanks keith

The transformation is amazing—the space feels brand new, modern, and exactly what I was hoping for. The workmanship is top-notch, and I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home throughout the project.

We had an incredible experience with coastal Palms contracting after hurricane Helene flooded our home. From start to finish, Keith, and his team were outstanding. Keith was incredibly easy to work with – responsive, communicative, and always available to answer questions, which made a stressful situation much more manageable.

The crew was professional, respectful, and skilled. They handled the demolition and drywall work efficiently and with great attention to detail. I was especially impressed that they managed to match our wall texture perfectly – something I had been told was nearly impossible. Their quality craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations

I highly recommend Coastal palms contracting to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch contracting services.
