Alex is excellent. They answered my call immediately and scheduled the appointment for the same day, arriving 5 minutes early. Alex texted me when he was on the way. He diagnosed the issue and mapped out a plan to repair first and replace if necessary.

Alex with Smart Appliances is one of the best technicians I’ve had in years. My GE café refrigerator has The same problem for three or four years. G.E. came out numerous times so only told me to defrost my refrigerator. I did so multiple times and still the same problem came back.
Alex was here maybe 20 minutes and solve the problem. There was a drain line clogged that was causing the water to drain out of the front underneath my refrigerator
I will use them for any problems that I May have with my other appliances. They are very reasonable -
