I got a few quotes and Apex's was the most affordable. John made great suggestions for my wiring and lighting changes, and did everything on budget and ahead of schedule. His team was great too. I unreservedly recommend Apex Electrical LLC to anyone.

This was my first experience with Apex Electrical LLC and I was very impressed. Zack was very friendly and willing to answer questions. He was also very knowledgeable and methodical in investigating my problem. The only reason I did not go ahead with the recommended work is because I will need to discuss it with someone else first. When we do have the work done, I will definitely want Apex to be the one doing it.

Myself and my business partner have worked with Apex Electrical LLC on numerous projects, with demanding clients. Performance and scheduling has been great. Knowledgeable electricians on site are very thorough and are well versed in new technology and products.

This is absolutely outrageous. I called Apex Electrical to evaluate some electrical issues before I close on house. I talked to a very professional guy and he scheduled an appointment for me the next day. At 5 pm the same day, Apex calls me and tells me they have a technician in my area. I had to drive to St. Pete from Sarasota to let these people in. When I get to the house, there are two Hispanic guys that can’t speak a word of English and they try to tell me through google translator that they are Electricians. I asked them if they have a license and they couldn’t even respond. I called Apex and they basically had nothing to say. I have nothing against Spanish speaking people but I was looking for consultation with an Electrician not actually fixing something and I explained that directly to the person who scheduled the original appointment. Honestly, this whole thing felt like a giant scam. They tried to get me to pay $150 for them to come out and this fee would include other appointments related to plumbing and handyman services. I think this company is garbage and they basically tried to scam me and take advantage. I wasted my time. Sad to see people scaming folks online like this. If you want real work done call someone else.

I called Apex Electrical LLC to install a new automobile lift for our business. They came out early the following day and did a fantastic job. They were very neat and were very affordable. They are my guys of choice for all of my electrical needs and will hire them again in future.

I made an appointment with Apex a few days ago, to come out today for an estimate on electrical work that needed to be done in my home. They said someone would be there between 10am and noon. At 12:30 I called to see if they still planned on coming and when. They were going to check and call me back. I called again an hour later to see what was going on. I was told they would check and call back. Needless to say I heard nothing back and no one showed up. A whole day wasted!!! A horrible way to run a business.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
Asked to have one wall toggle switch replaced. They did not show up first day scheduled. Showed up about 1 1/2 hours late the next day. I had paid $149 for a service contract the day before - which was in lieu of a $125 service charge for showing up. I was charged $225 to change one light switch (minus my 10%discount🙄) and plus the $149 I paid the day before for the service contract. So if you think $374 spent to replace one wall switch is ok, then go for it.
And, by the way, Apex didn’t even come; they sent someone else from a “sister company”. Buyer Beware!!!!!
This whole experience was the worst.

Follow up: after all this aggravation with several phone calls and promises to “get back to” me which they did not do, they did refund my “service contract fee” about 12 hours later. Only fair to add this. So some satisfaction in the end.

Did a walk through to explain what the work would look like and answered any questions I needed. Showed up on time with his team and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very honest about answering questions I had and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need and only worked on the service I needed. First time using Apex Electrical LLC and would certainly go back to them for any further work I may need. 10/10 would recommend!

Twice waited for 4 hours with no shows.
Finally, the person answering the phone told me he is an answering service which means this company is most likely out of business!

I was offered two different payment plans. One to pay upon arrival $199 service call or pay over the phone $199 and get a full year of 10% discount. I figured paying ahead of time they can increase their prices and then discount by 10% so I didn’t did that. I assume they are a no show as they only go tot the pre-paid $199 customers.
Stay away as this is shady to say the least.

Called Apex, and like others I fell for the sign up for $149 plan good for a year vs $99 for a visit. Turns out the plan is part of sham group Home Premium service look at the horror show that is their BBB page. Maybe companies like Apex are just shell companies and they send out "sister" companies. So, first appointment no call no show. Should have cut my losses then. Next, they send out the two techs that can only speak Spanish. Except unfortunately I can only speak English so have no way to communicate really. They are there to check to see if an outlet or breaker is bad. Turns out it is the breaker; they show me on the phone $390 for total. Seems high but I will wait until I get a bill to determine that. I can't ask them because they do not speak English, other than "Office" when I asked for a bill when they were done. I call the office they promise to email me a bill that day and every day I call and have yet to get a bill. On top of that, after the techs were gone, we still had the same problem. It turns out the replaced the wrong breaker. Then wanted at first to charge me another $120. Which I refused, and the person I spoke at the "office" agreed not to charge me for that.
I have yet to get a bill for the $390 but my Credit Card company did remove the $149 charge for the Service Plan. I hope someone read this and the other negative reviews before calling this company. In my opinion they only have 4+ rating because of likely fake reviews.

Recently purchased a new home that had an incorrect plug installed in the laundry room. Home town responded quickly and were able to come over right away and get the plug switched out. They also took a look at my electrical panel and recommended some improvements. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and put no pressure on me to commit. I really appreciated the personable and efficient service. I will definitely be using their company again and will recommend Apex Electrical LLC !

We have used Apex Electrical many times. They always answer their phone or get back to you right away, and always have prompt service and very reasonable prices. Most recently Zack was here to replace all the old wiring in our house. It was a challenging and messy task that took days, and he was super thorough, professional, and positive and did an amazing job! We love the guys at Schumann! If you are in need of electrical work you should definitely call Apex Electrical.
