Fear of a HOA being able to snatch your home for an arbitrary reason has unfortunately made this a hard pass regardless of the price and possible benefits of homeownership.

Retired Army, architect degree, lived in many new builds... can honestly say this is the worst company I have dealt with and the worst built building I have seen. I walked away from the closing table but came back with the promise from their mgr that, "the builder stands behind his work." That has not been my experience; still waiting on repairs. Would love to be able to update my review with positivity but nothing from Namaste gives me any confidence they will complete the work without a court order.
