I was home visiting from up North and noted the following:
Pool cleaned of leaves and brushed, but not emptying basket (may be I distracted the pool cleaning person). I noted full screamer basket after he had left. I did not see chlorine tablets in the basket or chlorine solution poured in the pool. Most likely that is why the pool bottom and walls have changed color and not blue anymore.
When I was living in the house and took care of the pool, that is what I was told to do every week; 4 chlorine tablets in the basket and 2 or 4 gallons of clorin ( I don't remember well if I did 2 or 4 gallons.
May I ask for Chlorine tables and liquid every week ? -

***Update 11/17/25 - Stephen has been my pool tech for a couple months now. Doing a great job. I’ve mentioned before that the tech turnover rate is frequent, but so far I’ve been lucky. However, the monthly service price on the other hand is less than desirable :-/
***Update 5/1/25 - James is doing a great job and always courteous! The increasing monthly costs is a pain to deal with constantly, but thank you James for being a good pool tech!

*Update 8/31/23 - Upgrading to 5 stars because of my new pool tech - Destiny. She is amazing! She's very thorough in cleaning, checks all my equipment and really takes great care in servicing my pool. It really is hit or miss with Pool Troopers because of who comes to clean the pool, but I'm very happy with Destiny right now.
Original Review - I'll be completely transparent - it's been a struggle with Pool Troopers the past few months due to a few of their pool techs not doing a thorough job. Customer service has been supportive and worked to remedy the issues, but it really is hit or miss depending on which pool tech comes out every week. Lately Jason has been great with my pool! He takes his time clearing all the debris, scrubbing down the walls, maintains chemical levels and checks/cleans my pump and baskets each visit. I'm very happy with the job he's doing and I hope he is the one who continues to service my pool.
