I highly recommend royalluxurycleaning. I have used numerous cleaning companies, and I will not go anywhere else now. Pricing is great, the cleaning job is wonderful everytime, and the amazing people who put in the hard work to ensure you are a satisfied costumer make it all worthwhile. Not only do they do a phenomenal job, but they make the experience even better with how down to earth they are, not making anything awkward or uncomfortable, something my wife and I look for when paying for cleaning services. I am very disappointed with my experience with this cleaning company. The cleaning was not done properly, and several areas were still not clean after the service was completed.
What made the situation worse was the way my concerns were handled. When I explained that we were not satisfied, the response was rude and disrespectful rather than professional. I usually do not leave reviews like this, but I believe other consumers should be aware before hiring this company.
I would not use their services again and would not recommend them.
