Who Cleaning Services

Absolutely unacceptable.

I paid this company $400 for a pre-move-in deep clean after speaking with the owner in detail about exactly what needed to be done: floors, bathrooms, shelves, windows, and the balcony. I was assured it was handled.

It was not.

When I returned to the apartment, the cleaner had already left, never texted me as promised, and the apartment was still dirty. The floors were filthy, the bathroom mirrors were streaked, dust was left on shelves, the balcony was untouched, and there were still marks on the toilet seats. The only thing that looked cleaned was the windows.

Because my movers were arriving, I had to vacuum and mop the floors myself while the move was happening so my furniture would not be placed on dirty floors. I even have photos documenting the condition, including how dirty my mop pad was after I cleaned the floors myself.

I contacted both the owner and her husband right away. The owner never responded. No refund was offered. No accountability. Just an offer from the husband to come back after the damage was already done and after I had already done the work myself.

This was supposed to reduce stress on move-in day. Instead, it made it exponentially worse. I would never use this company again, and I would strongly caution anyone considering them.

Mary is a very responsible business owner. I’ve can rely on her services every time.
