Rob has been working on my yard for the past couple of years. When he first took me on as a client, my lawn was plagued by a severe fungus and weed problem that made it look unsightly. Today, both my front and back yard resemble the lush, perfectly manicured putting greens of an exclusive golf course—thanks to Rob and his hardworking team!

I was very happy with the service I received from all of the staff at ProGreen. I contacted them only yesterday for estimates on monthly lawn pest control/fertilizer and a yard clean-up. Their prices were good and only a day later they’ve already been here and done both. Dezi seemed to know a lot about what was going on with my grass and even pointed out a dry area that led me to find a broken sprinkler head which they will be replacing tomorrow. Jason and the clean up crew did an awesome job of trimming the plants and shrubs away from the house, removing all the leaves and debris from the beds and giving my yard the spring makeover it really needed. Will recommend them to friends and neighbors for their responsiveness, knowledge and great services.

Dezi and his team are phenomenal. Before Thanksgiving, he went above expectations to make sure that our lawn was amazing for our family function. When Progreen assumed the account, the lawn was in really poor condition. They immediately treated the lawn for weeds and fungus. In addition, they manicured the lawn with weed control and assisted with the landscaping. We are enjoying the expert full service and will continue to recommend their services to others.

Pro Green has provided landscaping, lawn and pest service to our house in Seminole for several years. They make our house the best looking one in the neighborhood !! Great service, rarely seen such personalized customer care, from landscaping suggestions to efficient solving of any problems we had. Wow excellent service through an emergency needed! The owner Desmond is a one of kind owner for his landscaping company. Trimmed all my trees nicely, killed my weeds, and cleaned everything up for us. Reasonable prices and amazing job. Did what I asked, but better yet showed up! Now that’s a good deal!

Dezi and his crew came out for an initial clean up of my property and I was amazed at their attention to detail and how great of a job they did! My property was not being taken care of by my previous landscaper. They hand pulled all of the weeds out of my hedges and plants and got the place looking as good as new! They even found an old fishing reel in the bushes that we didn’t know was in there for the 2 years we have been living here! We look forward to working with this company for regular maintenance as well as lawn/plant fertilization. It is nice to have one company really able to do it all! I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by ProGreen. As the owner of a property in Pinellas, I entrusted them with my lawn care for over two years. However, after a treatment in April, my lawn died due to chemical burns. Despite numerous attempts to contact their team for a resolution, I have not received any assistance. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Multiple assessments confirmed the damage was caused by their treatment, yet no solution has been offered. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, as they are unwilling to hold themselves accountable and have offered zero solutions.

Wow what an amazing customer service experience. Our lawn looks incredible, and we have seen no unwanted critters for months! Our Acadia palms have never looked better - such a beautiful sight from our balcony! The shrubs, ferns, grass - all immaculate! And the prices you can’t beat. Matt is an excellent technician who always answers any question or concern that myself or my husband may have. What a handsome young man!

Working with Desi and his crew is awesome! Great service all the way around! They do an amazing job. Our yard has never looked so good. They removed our old mulch and replaced with stones! I can’t believe the difference! They will always be our go to when it comes to our yard! They are the best without a doubt! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We signed up for a 12-month contract to cover interior and exterior pest control. With start-up fees, and monthly costs, it comes out to about $1,600 for the year. This is a pretty basic package and they try to sell it to you as "$70 a month", but it isn't when all the fees ad up. We knew this was something we needed to invest in, but boy did we not get anywhere near the service of even $10 a month.

The actual service is someone coming by your house, running around as fast as possible with spray, pinning up their logo flag to show they were there, and moving on. We had bug issues nearly the entire time (both inside and outside), including cockroaches, chinch bugs (lawn), gnats, flies, and other normal Florida pests I would anticipate having if we didn't pay for a service.

We called and emailed, but never received responses. We would only get action if we were fast enough to catch the service person while he was sprinting across our yard for the monthly spray for those 3 minutes. They only treated the interior once after several conversations on the need (and we were paying for this!).

We canceled this service several times before and after the 12-month contract expired. Progreen continues to charge us and continues to ignore emails and phone calls. We have left it up to the bank to take care of at this point. So disappointing.

They don't do what they say and they refuse to pick up their garbage. I had to clean up after them.

In response, the hurricane was over and your crews were working that day. Your crews left your trash can out knowing a storm was coming and then you refused to pick up your garbage that had blown everywhere. Again this was after the storm and your crews were working this day. Also I should have updated the review after one of your employees stopped by my house and threatened my wife over the review. Very unprofessional and not good neighbors. I had to defend my wife against your employee's verbal assault and tell him repeatedly to stop threatening us and leave. I was going to leave well enough alone moving forward but, then you come on here and blatantly lie. I did not enjoy cleaning up the bags and containers of your dangerous chemicals that were all over our neighborhood. Before any neighborhood children or pets got ahold of them. Please do better, please clean up your property and take in your stuff before a storm and then please clean up after yourselves when you fail to do so.
