Stewart Gas Repairs Inc answered on the first ring, technician arrived within 45 minutes, located a slow leak on a corroded gas fitting, made everything safe immediately. That kind of fast response to a gas emergency is exactly what you need.

Shawn was very responsive and sent Evan out the next day after our tankless water heater died to give us a quote. They scheduled the replacement installation for early afternoon the next day to be sure we could get ready for an important dinner date! Efficient, effective and friendly. Told us of a rebate and got us all the documentation needed. Jim Kenney, their electrician, was great, too. This is the second time they have installed a water heater for us. On Friday June 30th I called at 4:45pm. voicemail said they are open until 5pm and he was either on another call or out but the call was important to him and he would return the call ASAP. I called 3 or 4 more times and never received a call back. Rather than waists people's time an answering service would be more appropriate.

I am so happy with my experience with Stewart gas repair. I had a gas leak on a Friday afternoon, TECO of course shut off my gas. Stewart gas repair was there within a half an hour, they found the leak. Being a Friday afternoon it was not able to get repaired until Monday. I had expressed that I would be there after 1 on Monday, Justin was there at 5 minutes to 1. He had replaced the broken pipe, did all the testing and was out in an hour and a half. I have to say he was extremely professional, did a great job, and always had a smile on his face. I was extremely impressed with the performance and the customer service within this company. With any gas repair issues I will definitely call home Stewart gas repair!
