Outstanding Service from Dr. D and Stone Building Solutions
Wayne Tustin, President of Sand Castle Villas HOA, Panama City Beach, FL

I cannot express enough how invaluable Dr. D and Stone Building Solutions have been throughout our journey with the Milestone Inspection process at Sand Castle Villas HOA. After failing Phase 1 of the inspection with another company, we were in desperate need of a team who understood the complexities of the requirements and had the expertise to guide us through it. That’s exactly what we found with Dr. D and his amazing team.

Dr. D was nothing short of incredible—he worked directly with multiple board members, contractors, city officials, and other key stakeholders to help us get to the finish line. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of both the state and local building codes were crucial in ensuring that Sand Castle Villas passed Phase 2 of the Milestone Inspection.

In addition to his technical expertise, Dr. D offered several practical solutions for us to consider and took the time to walk the property, answering any questions we had along the way. His professionalism and dedication were truly evident throughout the entire process, from start to finish.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tara Stone and Stone Building Solutions on other projects, including insurance work and HOA needs across Panama City Beach, and their expertise has always been top-notch. But it was Dr. D’s leadership and collaboration that made all the difference for Sand Castle Villas in this case.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and hands-on professional to help you navigate building inspections, I highly recommend Dr. D and Stone Building Solutions. Their commitment to getting the job done right and their exceptional customer service make them a standout in the industry.

Thank you again, Dr. D and Stone Building Solutions, for your outstanding support and for helping us successfully complete Phase 2 of the Milestone Inspection!

Their expertise and commitment to supporting their clients truly show. I highly recommend Stone Building Solutions and especially commend Cuyler for his remarkable guidance and professionalism.
