Jake does our weekly service. Aqua Serv is a superior pool service company. Every week we get a weekly report along with pictures. The workmanship is excellent and service is prompt, courteous and conscientious. We highly recommend this company. We are actually proud of our pool again.

I'm am staying at Surf song and the man that came to clean the pool was excellent. NICK was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Aqua serv and Nick.

My pool company dropped me after ten years and I was lucky enough to find AquaServ Pool Service. Daisy, made our pool look better than it has in the past ten years. I receive an email with photos and details of all that was done, services performed, readings, chemicals added. This company gets my vote for best customer service ever!!!

I noticed my pool had a slow leak. Chuck identified, explained and fixed the problem. He was professional, efficient and meticulous. All debris was removed and he made sure everything was working properly. Wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if needed.

So, this summer I am working as a lifeguard at a YMCA camp in Clearwater. Our camp is called Camp Muskogee. It is actually at a boys scout camp off of sunset point & soule st. We have the pool serviced every monday, wednesday & friday. I had the fortunate experience of meeting our new pool tech by the name of Eric Sullivan. He was actually training our new tech named Mike. This guy defines what customer service should be. He is extremely friendly, does a phenomenal job maintaining our pool, and just very pleasant to work/talk with! I always feel confident taking my 50+ campers into the pool everyday!!! Very cool! Highly recommend this tech/company!!!

Great pool company. Our tech Jake is super thorough, if we aren't there he even calls and sends photos of all the work he's done. Great communication on both issues and recommendations. Glad I switched to this company.

I have only been using Aqua Serv for about 4 months and all I can say is I wish I had been using them a long time ago. They are timely, efficient and they actually do what they say they are going to do! Jake is our pool pro and I can always know when he will be at our house and what services he is performing. We had a problem with a calcium overage and Jake worked with Bryan to figure out how to correct it. He checked it every week and followed up with Bryan until the issue was resolved. He cleaned our salt cell 3 times in about 6 weeks! It is wonderful that we have the same pool pro every weekI I know if we are having an issue all I need to do is reach out to Jake and he will take care of it!

We hired AquaServ after having an incredibly bad experience with another pool service company, and we couldn’t be happier with them!
We had our pool built in August 2022. The chemicals were grossly mismanaged and neglected leading to scaling of the pebbletec.
Brian came out to give us a consultation and estimate. We detailed our previous pool service mishaps and chemical issues, and need for tight control/maintenance to decrease the spread of the scaling. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that his each of his technicians are proficient and trained. Daisy serves our pool every week, on time- and it’s never looked better.

Our condominium recently contracted with Aqua Serv and the difference is amazing. Our pools sparkle... I mean it! They actually sparkle! Nick B. is our pool tech and he is knowledgeable, professional and so responsive. I've been super impressed with everyone I speak to or have met. Thank you Nick B. and thank you Aqua Serv!

I'm the Board President of a condo association in St. Pete and chose to go with AquaServ for our community pool service after reading their reviews. I wish we would have switched sooner. We had pre-existing problems that had been ignored by our previous pool company, that Dan and his team solved right away. Skyler our pool tech is incredible and all the owners really like him. And when we had to close the pool for a couple of days to get some leaks repaired, Chuck and Brian were professional and friendly. They got the work completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend AquaServ.

Jake our pool service guy. Does a fantastic job cleaning and updating us on our pool. My little guy loves to watch him every week and he is super friendly. The handyman also has gone above and neyond in our pool repairs. ! Highly reliable and very thorough pool service! We are grateful to have them clean our pool and repair it! Highly recommend them!!!

We have a large pool with a spa and waterfall. We contracted AquaServe Pools approximately 8 months ago and wanted to wait before providing a review. While many pool service companies are dealing with turnover and a lack of qualified help, we have been very happy with the current tech (Jake). He has been our tech consistent for the past three months; he is professional, communicative, and cares about servicing our pool. Before Jake, we had 3 different techs, which created some challenges with lack of experience, in knowing our equipment and needs. Overall, we are very happy with Kristen, the office coordinator/manager each time we have called to go over issues she is quick to respond, and we certainly are satisfied with our tech's attention to our pool.

Nick is the best! He pays attention to detail and he listens to my concerns. The pool is sparkling and bright without an over powering chlorine smell..

IO have had a number of different pool services for my home here in Largo and AquaServ is by far the very best of them all. They are professional, prompt and very thorough with truly fair pricing. My pool technician, Daisy, is careful and conciencious to the max and most reliable as well. She really does a great job. I highly recommend tis company for your pool service.

Jake is always consistent, conscientious and does a great job. I have a cage free pool and in the past it’s been a problem for other pool companies. Not so with Jake! My pool always looks great. My filter gets cleaned regularly and I am completely satisfied with the wonderful job he does.

Nick B. Was our commercial pool tech for quiet a long time. His service report, including pictures, was documented with updates of things he noticed for us to address along with chemical reports. Nick is very professional, great personality, completes everything on task.
The owner and field manager not so much good experiences and conversations. Glad to have moved on.
